Has anyone tried the new Vanilla Coke? It sounds good.

it's awesome! I have always loved vanilla cokes tho..but, i wish they would make vanilla diet coke :(

Eventhough I'm not a cola fan at all, coke w/ vanilla does sound tolerable.

Has anyone tried the blue pepsi?

I took a swig of it...tastes nasty to me, but I'm not a big Coke drinker.

I think its a good treat. I have to be in the mood for it though.

I think it's super yummy!! Mr. ChiOJenn got me turned on to it, and now I love it-you can't drink it too much at one time though, because all the sugar makes you want to slip into a diabetic coma.

It is pretty good, but I still love plain coke better. I am a true Cokaholic!!! It kind of reminds me of a really good root beer actually. :cool:

If it gets popular enough, I'm sure they will. :)

I love it!!! My favorite part is the smell.

Pink Rose! Can you still get a real (fountain) vanilla or cherry Coke at Toomer's? That was such a big deal and they were soooo heavenly!

I love it! I think I like it more than regular Coke.

It's great! I used to add vanilla to coke sometimes anyway just because it was good. They do need to put it in Diet Coke though! It helps sweeten up the aspertame-like taste.

I love the vanilla Coke! Although IMHO nothing is better than the original!

ktsnake, have you tried the new diet Coke with Lemon? It's delicious; the lemon masks the aspertame taste.

V Coke is ok, but I like it better from Sonic.

lol, i think it tastes how lemon pledge smells... i think diet dr. pepper tastes good, so does diet cherry coke - and i agree, i think a diet vanilla coke would taste great!

I thought Vanilla Coke was pretty good. To me it tasted like a cream soda. And im not a big Coke fan...Pepsi fan all the way! (but I do like both Lemon Pepsi and Coke, plain or diet).

I wonder if they are going to come out with Strawberry Coke next? There is a restaurant here called Zebbs and they have both Vanilla and Strawberry Fountain Coke.

This reminded me of something I heard on the radio this morning. The DJ said that two people were having a soda drinking contest to see who could drink the most sodas back-to-back without stopping. Why? I do not know. But anywho, supposedly one of the guys died b/c he had so much carbon dioxide in his system that he wasn't able to get enough oxygen.

Anyone know if this is true?!

In Oklahoma (and I've seen them in Texas) we have these drive in restaurants named Sonic that will put ANY flavor into your soft drinks.

I've been drinking vanilla Dr Peppers forever.... Damned things are good.

It's a bit on the sweet side though.

Cherry Limade slush from Sonic w/a little "mix-in." ;) Now that's really, really good!!



But back to the topic which I haven't even posted about, I haven't tried it yet. I've always been afraid to taste it. Like someone suggested, if there were a Diet Vanilla Coke, I would have already tried it by now.

It's supposed to have a blueberry flavor to it.

we have sonic in NM too..but cherry dr. pepper is better..

as for diet cherry coke and diet dr. pepper..i gotta agree, it really does taste more like regular dr. pepper :) and diet cherry coke is phenomenal..it really doesn't taste diet


maybe we should start a letter writing campaign to the people at coca cola demanding diet vanilla coke :)

You can also get flavor syrups added to your sodas at Steak & Shake and Frisches Big Boy! When I was little I used to get Chocolate Cokes and Vanilla Cokes, now that I'm older I get Vanilla Diet Cokes! :)

vanilla coke is good but i realized it's more of an after taste of vanilla than actually drinking it... so you gotta take sips. haha :)

Vanilla coke is sick! I cannot drink it at all!! Maybe because it reminds me of another beverage I drink similar to that.....

Yeah I hate it too. I decided to try it and thought I was gonna puke!! It leaves a creamy aftertaste which is really gross :(

I like the Vanilla Coke, but I like the Cherry Coke too so I k ind of figured I would.

However I can't stand that Pepsi Twist mess.

I like the vanilla coke :) I've been getting vanilla Stolis and Coke at the bars for some time now... very tasty :)

I agree! Vanilla Coke tastes just like that but without the alcohol. Wonder what Vanilla Coke + Vanilla Stoli tastes like... Just might have to investigate that some random weekend.

Vanilla Coke Floats...They are DA BOMB!:D Just had one-of course I am now in a sugar coma, but it was worth it...

I had the best mixed drink a few weeks ago. It was called Nilla Coke and had coke and some sort of vanilla rum to it. VERY GOOD. I assume that if I liked the mixed drink I'd like Vanilla Coke as well!
