What's the best drink EVER?
 

Although I usually find myself with beer or whiskey, tequila is my heart. 10 rounds with Jose Quervo may find you taking body shots, hookin up, mixing different drinks w/ your tequila, eating the worm, or up on stage doing your rendition of Cheap Trick's "I Want You to Want Me." Such a versatile alcoholic beverage...

Tequila seperates the women from the girls and the men from the boys. I love a good margarita.

And I'm going back to taking shots. I became too comfortable with beer and hunch punch and wanted to go back to taking shots like a champion like I did in high school.

And the best pregame drink is a strong Rum and Coke. No blender required (thus no messy tequila spill) and it looks and feels natural to drink it as you're getting dressed and putting on make-up with your sisters. :D

I can take Tequila like a champ. But, it's certainly not my favorite drink.
There's a restaurant in Florida called Bahama Breeze (it's owned by Darden so you should all expect it in your state soon...Darden owns Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Smokey Bones also). Bahama Breeze has great food and even better drinks. Their shooters are so good that you don't realize how much alcohol is in them (which comes back and bites you in the butt later). They have a drink called The Ultimate which is layered with Pina Colada then Strawberry Daiquiri then Pina Colada then Strawberry Daiquiri. The drink is soooooo good. I'm sure it's real simple to make too.

Tequila if it's in a Margarita, but I have stumbled apon Vodka Tonics with a twist or Vodka and 7 with a twist! They look super cute a summery and tase very light!

Well the best shot ever made is any of the million variations of "The Gift." The first time I had it, it had 10 different liquors in it, and was phenominal, but I've had it since with only two ingredients.....half goldschlager (sp?) and half Jagermeister.....TRY THIS! It is phenominal!

My days of Jager are OVER!!!

I gotta go with the tried and truefavorite, Long Island Iced Tea. The stronger, the better.

This shot/drink is very key....

I'm always for the Irish Carbomb or The Machine.

What is the machine?
Fill a glass 3/4 full of Orange Juice. Place a paper towel on over the glass and dip it down until it touches the top of the o.j. Pour vodka over the paper towel very slowly until you fill the entire glass. Take off the paper towel very slowly and you will see a nice layer of vodka just sitting on top of the o.j.
SLAM THAT BAD BOY DOWN and you are ready to go.

fave 21st birthday drink: an irish carbomb... evidently on my 21st it was my favorite, i drank it in half a second and wanted another... i always get it for the birthday kids...

and of course, last but certainly not least good old jose... yes... me n jose cuervo have some great memories... :D

Don't even get me started on margaritas, the weird thing is that I can't stand shots of tequila, but margaritas go down like water. I just saw a photo of myself from a few weeks ago of me taking a drink out of a full pitcher. After finishing it all, it was a surprise that I was able to make it home in one piece!

Since tequila is your "heart", I thought I'd let you know that real tequila doesn't have a worm in it. Real tequila is bottled in Mexico of pure agave. A few American bottlers put it in their tequila only as a gimmic. What actually does have a worm is an alcohol called Mezcal, and that started 50 years ago as a marketing ploy.

:eek: Amen to that! The best drink(besides a good 'ole bottle of beer) is a rum and coke. So simply, yet so good! but yet, I am a Texas Bottle Baby-Give me a longneck of Budlight or a tall pint of Shiner any day.

When I'm out with my girls, nothing is better than a vodka and OJ....or a nice cool Mike's Hard Lemonade (the REAL, original version in Canada...not the crappy malt beer in the US! In Canada it's made with vodka and actually LOOKS like lemonade!!!)

And yes, I too have had many a memory with my friend tequila!!! My first memories were actually on my 19th b-day, drinking with my friend and his fraternity brothers (before I had joined my sorority!).....they told me if I was gonna drink with them I had to "do it right"....no lemon, no salt. I had never had tequila before, so I figured what the hell?!

To this day I still don't use the lemon or salt (in fact I'm not sure exactly how to do it fast enough.....I just take the shot!!!) And as for margaritas...I have an empty bottle of tequila from last night...my husband and I sat at home and drank it up!:D:D:D

If you would have asked me this about 4 months ago I would have said vodka and whatever else is around to mix w/ (actually, usually there was usually no mixer, just lots of shots, often no chaser). Then vodka and I had qutie the falling out. Lets just say there was way too much of it consumed at once and since then I haven't touched the stuff (unless its mixed enough that you can't taste it) and probably never will again. My taking shots with the boys days are over. So now I stick to one of my old faves, and officially my new #1......BUSCH LIGHT!!!!!!! It's good, and cheap (well, not as cheap as old mud, but close enough)! Another favorite, and about the only way I will consume vodka...jungle juice.

Hm, there are so many choices! Red, my friends' and my personal concoction is great. Its tropical punch an whatever you have on hand. Its greafor just chillin' w/your friends, somee Jimmy Buffett CDs and a karaoke machine. If I have choose a non-invented drink, I'd say mudslides (w/somextra added) or a good Merlot

A bartender friend of mine (and my best crush!) gave me a kamikazi with Southern Comfort once. It's cheaper and tastes better. Other than that, I love Malibu Baybreezes (hey, I'm a girl!)

I agree :) i also enjoy wines. Don't like the old country wines (French, etc.) Chilian, south african, australian and Californian are my favorite.

Oh No, DDP is BETTER than regular Dr. Pepper. I blind taste-tested an ex of mine and he picked the diet over the real sugar. :)

But, my fave alcoholic drink of the moment is vodka and Fresca with lime. MM-MM good!

Since Fresca has no sugar and O calories, it's not as sweet and won't fatten you up like normal girlie drinks!

Champagne is also a wonderful standby. As well as the free beer. Amen to that, eh?
