APO Store
Have you been to the APO Store lately? http://www.apo.org/store/index.shtml
What merchandise do you really wish they would carry? |
for what?
The last time I checked, the APO Store online really didn't have anything to my liking. I purchase my paraphanalia exclusively at the CollegeCrib in Nashville.
|
There is a website APOCollection.com that carries all APO stuff... they are behind in updating their page, but I e-mailed them, and they are supposed to have the new merchandise online by mid-June. I got a really great t-shirt at the last nationals that said "Real men and women wear blue and gold."
|
I LOVE that shirt! I don't know why I didn't get one while I was there. What chapter are you from?

GSS Peri
Soror,
Well you're not going to find too many connections to Gamma Sig on the National Alpha Phi Omega site...25/52 isn't officially recognized by either organization. That's the short and sweet story anyway. I have some places online you can visit for some peri: The Greekshop: The Greekshop. This place carries the Gamma Sig crest, and it's the ONLY place so far. They do great work, I have gotten things from there before. Ujamma's: Ujamma's. They are located in Tallahassee and they also have the bomb t-shirts. We have a frat brother who works there as well. The simplest thing to do is do a search for Greek Para and a lot of different sites will come up. If you're coming to the 25/52 Cookout this weekend, we will have some vendors there as well. Hope this helped soror! Wee-Oop |
thanks soror
I really like these sites a lot. By the way I will be in Atlanta what about yourself?
|
Now see soror, look to your left in the profile :D I live in the ATL and attend Georgia State University...so I will most definitely be in effect this weekend. I'll be at the hotel meeting and greeting on Friday.
|
Well...
It's been a logn time since I've been to that store online, so I'll just go there now. And post something for real later.
(yes, this is my test post to check out the sig, Buffalo Soldier :D) |
I WISH THAT THEY COULD HAVE PUT JACKETS ON THERE!
THANK YOU!! I HAVE SPOKEN!!! |

We deal with a local greek store for letter shirts, but as they carry very little APO stuff, we usually deal with the APO Collection. |
I think we'd all gladly support the APO collection if they would update their website.
But I'm going to go with the best prices, a unique selection, and service I am familiar with, and that's http://www.thegreekshop.com. I HAVE gotten stuff from the APO collection, but only because they were at Philly last time and had samples of everything. |

If you call them, they can probably get you the same items at the same cost. All greek stores pretty much get their items from the same companies. I've gone to them to see if they had stuff I saw at other on-line greekstores that I didn't see in their catalog, and they were able to do so. |
When it is updated, please let me know.
I still have loyalty to certain vendors who have been there for me and worked with me closely on unique designs. |

The APO Collection
I realize that it's taken a LONG time for us to roll out an online store, and I'm really frustrated by that as well... BUT... We are working towards making a fantastic website that will be dedicated to products SOLELY for Alpha Phi Omega, National Service Fraternity.
Our website may not be up and ready yet, but we have the WIDEST SELECTION of products for Alpha Phi Omega available ANYWHERE... and as an Official Supplier to the National Office of APhiO, if it's out there, we either have it, or can get it... at a good cost... and with a portion of our proceeds going back to the National Office. Plesae E-MAIL with your requests, and we'll get back to you promptly with availability and pricing. Please let us know where you are so we can calculate shipping. If you'd like us to call you, make sure you include your phone number. We'd love to do business withy you. Let us know how we can be of Service!!! Email us at: info@apocollection.com Visit us at: http://www.apocollection.com/ or http://www.usgreek.com/ The APOCollection at USGreek 1761 Mount Hope Avenue Rochester, NY 14620 (585) 256-1540 |
I would love to see the fraternity roll out a moderate to aggressive licensing campaign so that we can support our other favorite vendors as they support us by obtaining the rights to reproduce our trademarks and giving the proper percentage to the organization.
There is indeed a licensing procedure in APO but I don't think we have a list of approved vendors like other orgs have. |
