Did anyone watch The Mole last night? I am so happy that it's finally back on! I definitely think it's better than the other reality game shows because it's about what you know, not about being the most popular player. Plus, they're not torturing the contestants by starving them or making them eat disgusting things. I'm determined to figure out who the mole is this time around; does anyone have any early guesses?

I watched it last night too and I thought I had a good idea of who the mole is but they kept throwing curve balls and as of right now I'm stumped. And in the 1st episode when they were burning the bags, I really thought that their stuff was in there so I was so happy for them when they got it back cuz I know I'd be real upset if they burned my belongings.

I saw it last night too! I find alot of the people to be suspect so I have no idea who the mole could be.

My early prediction is that Rob is the Mole! Even if he's not, he's my fav. Young. Cute. And he looks like *NSYNC's choreographer. The Australian one that doubled as Joey in the POP video. :D

Did you notice that they kept listing his occupation as magician but the website lists him as videographer?

I saw the Mole last night too. Actually I NEVER watched the first one, so I was anxious to see what it was all about. It's a little hard to follow because it's all about lying and stuff, but it was very fun to watch!
I still like SURVIVOR better, but look forward to watching The Mole from now on!

Actually he lived in Australia until he was like 6 or 7. He was "discovered" when he was doing Michael Jackson routines. His family then moved to America. He was so good that Michael Jackson put him in the "Black or White" video along side the boys from ABC and Mac (can't spell his first name) Culkin. :D Useless knowledge courtesy of one of those "25 under 25" specials on tv. ;)

I remember reading in one of our newspapers that he lived in Hawaii for a while too. ;)

I'm so happy the Mole is back on too!!!! I loved the first one!:) The Mole and The Amazing Race are so great cause, like DWAlphaGam said, it's about what you know, not how popular you are!:) Plus they get to travel around the world too!:D:D

I want to say Elavia is the Mole, but I think that would be too obvious at this point in the game. Possibly Rob....oh, I don't know! It's so hard to guess who it may be cause they could all be faking it to throw the others off track!

Yay, the new episodes of The Mole last night were so exciting! My new guesses for the mole are Bribs because he's always kind of hanging in the background and you don't hear much from him (plus when they showed the quiz at the end and asked if the mole was wearing a necklace at dinner, they went straight to a shot of Bribs), and Dorothy because she seems kind of sneaky and came up with those brainteaser answers out of nowhere. I agree with Sisterplum, although Elavia is very suspicious, I don't think they would make it that obvious at the very beginning. Ah, I love this show! :D

That Katie she is special! Why would she give Patrick his jounal back? He had already asked could he tear pages out! Last week she went running down to Dorothy's room to give her something. She is dense! I really doubt she's the Mole.

I think the Mole could be: Bribs, Heather, Darwin and Al(I think that's his name:confused: )

I never saw the first Mole, and just watched the Mole 2 yesterday for the first time. Can someone explain to me how the game is played?

I find it complicated too! First of all they can't vote the Mole out. Once they find out who the Mole is then what?

I think that Heather is the Mole.

They don't vote for who gets kicked off. At the end of each episode each player takes a quiz and who ever has the lowest score has to leave. The questions all relate to the Mole. For example, Was the Mole wearing a necklace at dinner last night?, Does the Mole have a tattoo?, stuff like that...

Yeah, but the players are not voting each other off. Of course, the Mole will pass the quiz. All the questions are about him/her.:rolleyes:

After last night's Smart vs. Dumb game, it would be very easy to say that Dorothy's the Mole. I mean, she got 2 questions right at the VERY LAST MINUTE... Kinda suspicious. On the other hand... if she really was the Mole, then she would've done all she could to sabotage it, right?

I have no idea whole the Mole is... but I have a feeling Elavia isn't it. That would be too obvious.

I think Al will take it all and he'll end up winning in the end...

And one thing's for sure...that Bribs. He's hot. :D

I don't think Dorothy is the mole either. I don't think anyone in the smart vs dumb groups are the Mole. First In the smart group each one of them had the chance to lose the game. Secondly, the dumb gruop is kinda dumb. Katie:confused:. I think the Mole is one of the people who did the lock game.:D

i think the mole is bribbs. i don't know why, i just think he is hot and has a cool name. glad to see that guy get kicked off last night. he was freaky about his journal. thats just not normal.

The mole is...hmm...my guess is the retired military man. Yes, Dorthy got the answers all of a sudden, but if you watch and listen closely he fed her the line to help her make the pieces click. He said 90 first and then she was like uh sure 90, whatever...and then HE didn't answer it when asked for their final answer, he prompted her to, thus making her look suspicious.
He again used the same tactic with the word puzzle. Of course he wouldn't come right out at say the answer for the final response and take credit for it...that would make him the obvious target. If he could lure someone else to look like the mole. He fed her the info and got her to say it for the final answer. Brillant game play if it is indeed him.

I missed the show tonight. Can someone tell me what happened?

Sorry this is so long but it's about as condensed as I can make it:

I was only half-watching it for the first 15-20 min because I was on the phone, but they had to do this game where 3 people were in the pool treading water with weights around their necks (Bill, Darwin, and Bribs) and 3 people (Dorothy, Elavia, and Rob) had to run around whatever city in Italy they were in and answer questions that Katie asked them on a cell phone. Katie then had to spell out the answers with magnetic letters. The guys in the pool had to keep treading water with more and more weight around their necks, and if they stopped, they lost the game. They ended up losing because Bribbs was the last one left and he had to stop because he had been treading water for 1 hr 15 min with 6 1/2 pounds around his neck. Then there was another game with Heather, Al, and Myra, where they were locked in cages with a key in between them and they had to figure out how to get the key. They worked together and got it, and since Heather had the key in her hand first, she was offered an exemption if she left the other 2 in the cages overnight. She declined, which was sooo nice of her since she hadn't gotten an exemption yet. Rob ended up being eliminated, which was sad because he is such a cutie!

I didn't get any real clues from last night. Katie screwed up with the letters and it was kind of suspicious that Heather declined the exemption. Did anyone else notice that Bribs's name was taped over on his bag? What's up with that?

I noticed the tape over Bribs's name on his bag too DWAlphaGam! I'm wondering if that was the "clue" on who the Mole is. Apparently in each episode there is a clue to the identity of the Mole. And I thought having the camera show Bribs's bag not once, but twice...with the tape over the name....was kinda weird.

I''m upset Rob's gone....he was so funny!:) Definately a cool guy!

As for who I think the Mole is.....I'm still out on this one. It's just so hard, because everyone is doing sneaky things...but they could be just doing that to throw off the other players!

I am *so* addicted to this show! :) For those that watched the first one, did you guess the girl who it was? It kept me guessing up until the last minute. So that's what I'm thinking will happen this time... that being said, here are my random thoughts about who I've eliminated as Mole possibilities:

• Al - umm, possible, but I don't think it's him... seems to be pretty 'real' and I can't see him trying to trick people
• Dorothy - too obvious/has helped to get too much $$ added to the pot
• Elavia - too obvious/trying too hard
• Heather - dunno, I just like the girl, and want her to win, so I've eliminated her as the Mole :)
• Katie - I think she's being totally 'real' on the show, and not putting forth any Mole-ishness

So that leaves my guesses so far at Bill, Bribs, Darwin, and Myra. Not really narrowing it down much, huh? ;)

Oh! And I read that the tape on Bribs' bag is there because Bribs is a nickname, and his real name is Michael or something. He covered Michael with tape and put Bribs on there himself... so nothing Mole-ish about that... or is there? ;)

I think he could be the Mole because he seems so real and honest. I think he's putting up a front. ;)

I caught the very end of the show last night. I think Elavia did the right thing by leaving.

I think the Mole is Heather or Darwin.

My vote still goes to Heather.

If they would have offered me $50,000 I would have been gone in about 2 seconds.

I think it kind of stirred up the game last night when Elavia left. I think a lot of people thought that she was the Mole.

I am with you ... I believe that the Mole is either Heather or Katie, who seems the least obvious at this point in time. ;)

Heck yeah! I would have left too! The chances are too great that she would have lost the game. .. not that she's slow or dumb, but she had money in her hands. The rest of the people are still battling for any money at all, and only one will win.

I don't think the mole is Darwin, only because that one time early in the season where he got pissed off and took off that stupid bear head. Remember that? It was a very non-calculated thing to do, IMHO.

I guess Heather is the Mole. I can't believe Darwin is gone.

I think Bribs is the Mole. Heather is too much like the first mole...they wouldn't pick someone with so similar a "type" again, would they? Its Bribs, or even Bill before its Heather. My DH is thoroughly convinced its Al, though. I love this show...too bad there probably won't be a third--I would have loved to be on it.

why won't there be a 3rd? i am obsessed with the show and totally want to be on it.

I was so addicted to the first Mole. And then they showed the first two episodes of Mole 2 in the fall and I was so upset when they didn't show anymore. (Does anyone know why they did that? They had it airing at 9:00 on Friday nights...) I was really worried it wouldn't be back on.

And then one day, I saw it was back on and I've been addicted ever since.

I used to think The Mole was Heather, especially when she touched that bike and they were specifically told not to touch the bikes. I thought that seemed really suspicious. And then also when she didn't get the exemption by breaking that gnome statue since she said she knew the expemption was inside of it. Just seems odd.

But it also seems obvious. In the beginning, I thought The Mole would definitely be a man this time since it was a woman last time.

I suppose it could be Bribs or Bill.

But honestly... I don't really know. That's what makes this so so great!! I can't wait to find out who The Mole is and see all the clues I missed... hehe :)

ME TOO!!! Well, I don't know that this is the last one for sure, but just the way it played out makes me believe they won't do it again (depending on the ratings right now, which I haven't heard about). Anyway, last fall when they started it, the ratings were dismal, and then it was in a terrible time slot. They yanked it without saying much, and then finally after the fans revolted, they posted on the ABC message board that they wanted to re-air it after the regular season so that it would get the attention it deserved, blah, blah, blah. I wish they would show more first run stuff in the summer anyway.

I hope they do a Mole 3--its the smartest of those shows out there...but I fear they will not. IMHO they do it a disservice by not promoting it the way CBS promotes Survivor. Oh well....

Oh no! Hottie Bribs is gone. So, so sad. :(

I am still confused as to who the mole might be. There are really good arguments for all of them. I'm leaning towards Dorothy right now, though.

I hope they have a Mole 3, too. The Mole is the only reality show with any intelligence. It keeps you interested without needing to focus on petty personality clashes between players.

I was so convinced that Bribs was the Mole, and then he gets sent home last night! I have no idea who it could be. Now, I have to think it is Dorothy. It's the glasses...
