I am a science geek. This was nothing new to me.

I too am a New School Geek. And except for the mac thing as well, it's pretty right.

I am a "Causal User" as well. ;)

I'm an old school geek. The greatest thing about that quiz is that I did start programming when I was seven (got a Fortran game for Christmas that year and went to computer camp) and I will name my first kid after Stevie Nicks b/c Fleetwood Mac rocks!

I frequented UseNet newsgroups and checked my e-mail via a UNIX shell account long before most people even heard the name "AOL."

At age 16 I was a Validation Co-SysOp on a BBS.

I went to prom with a hacker.

I rocked at TradeWars.

I own FOUR different domain names.

One of those domain names was a birthday present.

I am on some 12 different listserves.

I have owned four Apple Macintosh computers: Apple IIe, Performa 405, Performa 6220CD PowerPC and...

My current 'puter is an iMac DV Special Edition.

I'm about to purchase an iBook.

Firewire is my friend.
