The "Grey Ghost" :D

I called my old car the darin' LeBaron.

My Civic's called the "Beluga" because it's blue and it reminded my niece of a whale.

My friends call it the "Shaggin' Wagon"...the story behind it may not be appropriate for some of our younger GC audiences, LOL ;)

My friend has this pink Hyundai Accent and its kinda falling apart but it still runs and is kinda cute. So we either call it the pink clunker or the pink pimpette mobile hehe. Lets just say we hardly ever let her drive when its girly nite out. :D

I however haven't named my jeep yet... Hmm.........

I call my car Priscilla, after the movie about the drag queens "Priscilla Queen of the Desert", about a bus traveling across Australia, this bus defeats all odds much like my car. I asked her to make it all the way through college, back and forth from Cali to Louisiana, I swear the day before I graduted that car died. Never gave me a problem in four years. But she was repaired for only $300, and is back up and running, that is a damn good car!:D :D

My old car was the Burgundy Goose (named by a friend). Just being silly one day, my LS's and I started naming our cars. Mine is Alize. There's also a Chardonnay, Courvoirsier, Smirnoff, etc. Not reflective of my hobbies. ;)

My car's name is Sparkle. I named her that because if you look at her really closely, you can see specks of different colors, so she kind of sparkles. :)

Me and CT4 have twin cars! :D

my car is named "the coro"... she is a toyaota corolla and when my girlfriends and i get together we are the "corolla convention" b/c we have the same car, just different colors. i have already named my next car (even though i'm not getting one for a looooong while). Whatever it is, the name will be HOLLY... short for hallelujiah!

I have a Neon and i call it Emerald City...it's a that shade of green, and the fact that I drive all over the city of Richmond.

Old nicknames
 

When I got my Mazda 323 in 1991, I called it "the 323 establishment." :p Yes, that's a weird nickname, but it was a play on Naughty by Nature's "O.P.P.," particularly the line about "...this O.P.P. establishment."

Ten years later, I have a Mazda Protege sedan. I haven't nicknamed it yet because it's a rather dignified color of champagne.

I call my car Killa! :D I got it from a guy friend because when I got it he was like 'oh you got that Killa Cam'. The name just stuck and so now everyone knows it as the 'Killa Camry'! :cool:

My truck's name is "El Negro"

not negro- like a black person, but negro, the spanish word for black!

I drive a Gorgeous in Green 4 Runner named Jade.:D

My husband drives a red Passport and he named her Precious.:rolleyes: LOL!!!

I drive a white Saturn, and I call her The White Ghost!!!!!1

MY first (so far only) car was a green 1980 Honda Civic, I got it off of this lady that was selling it for only $250. I fell so in LOOOVE with my car that I named him Sanford (It reminded me of that old junk yard truck that Lamont drove). I remember going to school in my car (that's older then me) everyone had jokes because they had Mustangs, Lexus, and SUV 's but the majority of them broke down or either got in car accidents. MY Sanford is still up and running!!!!!

The first name I had for my bike(scooter) was Bessie. Then after the accident, I started calling her "My Ghetto Ride.:D After proceeding from the stop sign, the car in front of me stopped right in the middle of the 'Y' type intersection and I ended up slaming into the back of his car. Tape makes for interesting decoration on a scooter...

In the 5 1/2 years, I have been driving, I have owned 7 cars, my current one I have had for 3 1/2 years. Here are the names of some of them I have owned

1990 Honda Civic EX - Babygirl (cause she handled so smooth during the test drive)

1992 Honda Civic LX - Kenya Dupree (PM me for an explanation)

1985 Honda Civic - Adam Sandler (b/c the car I drove he made a song about)

1986 Honda Accord LX - Adam Sandler II

1988 Honda Accord LX (my current car) - Mahogani (PM me for an explanation).

My first car I got senior year in high school. It was a '90 white cavalier. My teammates started calling her "Casper" or the white taxi (because after the ball games, I took everybody home).

My car now is a Malibu. So she is simply called "tha 'Bu".

I have a dark green Saturn that I named Binta, which means with God.

I have an Oldsmobile Alero, and I nicknamed her Ally. My dad named his GMC Jimmy 'Jimbo'. Our old '88 Chrysler New Yorker is named 'Ol Bessie'

Back in college I drove a '91 Mitsubishi Gallant that I called The Moody Blues. Some times it ran fine and the other times, I think it had PMS!:eek:

I now drive a 2000 Toyota Corolla that I haven't named yet. I think I'll called her MOTO because I love those new Motorola commercials!:D

both cars i have had i refer to as the Princess car. the first being my old beat up 89 toyota tercel.

as well as her replacement: my 2002 rhoyal blue vw jetta (complete with poodles, a Sigma doll, and plates....yes, my car is tagged!)

princess is one of my nicknames, so i just name my rides as such!!!!

Ohmigosh! I have the mama version of the Neon..A Breeze and her name is IVY2. My OES sister (also an AKA) named her because she has the mama to the Breeze, the Intrepid, and her name is Big IVY. :D

I used to have a little Toyota Corolla (hated that car) and it was little and gray. All my friends made fun of it. It barely would run...needless to say it was embarrassing. Everyone called it "the mouse." It was so funny, bc I would come out from school some days and someone would always put this cheesehead on top of my car (greenbay packers cheesehead). I t was really funny.
My car now is a Celica and my friends couldnt possibly make fun of it! :p

I named my truck Lil' Sexy, because there's nothing little about her and I do look sexy driving her :). Plus the biggest men you would ever want to see are often named "Tiny" so why shouldn't I name my truck Lil' Sexy?

My car has always been Arthur. Come to think of it, I don't even know why. Just has always been. :D

I named my last car '94 Sentra Amaru (in honor of Tupac). Big mistake!! That car was one problem after another! Always, breaking done. I was in two accidents, shot at (seriously), air conditioner malfunction, automatic locks messed up. It was awful!! Also, I refused to listen to Usher's Nice and Slow in my car. Everytime I did, something HORRIBLE happened.

My sister's car= Shasta. Cause it's a two door hatchback and she just zips all over the place in it

My friends Car= Mr. Car. Sounds stupid, but it stuck.

Another friend= Ni'chelle Denissan. Cause it's a nissan

My mother's Car= Altrese. An Altima

Another friend= Lil' Moccasin. Don't ask.

Another friend. Bick. Cause she had a buick but the "U" fell off of the front where it spelled BUICK

and my mother's first car was Buck. cause of the same reason as above. LOL

I have a 2001 Kia Spectra and it is called:
Hoopty or the Phi-Mobile

Well she started out being named Poochie, but I kind of adopted Pooty Tang......As conservative as my Camry is, Pooty Tang seems to fit her.

I would name her after my Mama's Doctor but i'll save that name for my benz which is what he owns.......;)
