HC we had another shift bid today?
HC this is the 2nd one since I've been there HC this is the 4 time my schedule has changed? HC I've only been at this company for 2 months HC this time they based the bid times on quaility of work,relability,and then date of hire. HC using this criteria I was the 4th person to pick my shift. HC there are 15 other people in my department. HC I got the shift I wanted HC I've only been there 2 months :D HC some folks are hella pissed about the way we are picking are shifts this time. HC these people wanted to be strictly based on senority HC strictly going by senority I am next to last HC if we went by senority,I'd probably still get the shift I wanted:D HC these are the people who aren't doing their job in the first place.
