What are you doing on Spring Break!
 

I'm going home (very homesick)!
Me and my high school buddies may camp out on the beach. I just have to make sure that I don't surf drunk again. :(

Well I think a few of my sisters and I are going to go to Panama City Beach!! :) Its always sooo much fun there..WAY overcrowded but its a great time!

I'm so excited! All I have been thinking about is spring break. My entire Fraternity is going to Cabo San Lucas to stay in a compound on the beach. I can't wait!

I'm going on a cruise to the Bahamas! Woo-hoo! I am so excited!

No Spring Break for me since I am no longer a student. I did however spend my spring break in the Bahamas. I returned Labor Day Weekend 2001 and had a great time scuba diving!:D

I'm going out to Telluride.......it's going to be a week full of skiing, hanging out at the Golden Door Spa, eating my stepmother's elaborate cooking, shopping in town, snowmobiling out on my dad's property, and luxuriating in the hotsprings under the most amazing starry sky you have ever seen......

I'm supposed to go under the knife during the spring break to fix my knee. It's the only time I can take off from work and school. While my friends are out partying and doing God knows what I'll be recuperating at home. It sucks to be me!

I am going on a cruise to the Bahammas on Royal Carribean's Sovereign of the Seas. We leave on Sunday and come back on Thursday. We're stopping in Cococay and Nassau. I can't wait!! :)

I feel you! I was supposed to go to Fort Lauderdale, but I too will be having surgery, only on my ankle. So much for a big spring break for my senior year. :(

About 15 of us from the house are going to Panama City. One guy's getting followed around all week by CBS for 48 Hours. Guess we have to behave so our parents don't see what we're REALLY like!

Might go to New Orleans. Its just up the street. Might also go Skiing. havent been in forever. Dunno yet...

I might be getting surgerory. Yup...a big metal plate might be in this, my skull.

I hope so! Actully I'll fine. They think its just superfical, but it has to be a neuro surgeon just to be safe. I have a huge bump on the back of my head. OOO. 711 just had a delivery.

A weeklong camping trip to South Carolina..hikie in, and be entirely self-supportive, except for the beer....but the food we'll catch..I hope!

I did this cruise for Cmas, same boat and everything..it was fabulous!! Gotta love the Bahamas :)

For Spring Break:

I'm going to start off the week with going down to USC and visiting my brother, some friends and my fellow adpi sisters.

Then, I'm going to go on a cruise with some friends!! I'm soo excited =) My parents asked me what I would want to do and I said that jokingly and they said "I don't see a problem with it" lol I was/am soo psyched.

I'm not in school anymore but I'm leaving for Florida on the 23rd and staying there for a whole week!!! It's my first vacation since I graduated from College. I'll be staying at my grandparents house (hey, it's free) and I'll probably head down to Miami and to Key West. I was also thinking about heading over to Clearwater Beach for a day. Anyone else going to any of these areas? I've been to Key West but can anyone recommend any good bars in Miami, Clearwater, or Tampa?

What do you guys think of the french quarter for spring break? A bunch of my sisters are going.. but i am just not sure.. and advice??

Ohh where are you staying? I was in Acapulco over the summer, stayed at the Princess - its gorgeous - lost of fun clubs there :D

We're staying at the Copacabana. Have you heard good things about that hotel? Yea, I went to Cancun last spring break, and I heard the clubs in Acapulco are way nicer and bigger.

3rd week in march

It is my best friend's senior year (and what was supposed to be mine), so we decided one week ago, we need to do spring break. First we though, "Let's fly!" but that can be over $800 just for the tickets.. so now we are down to driving from Seattle, WA to Rosarito Mexico...no airfare, just gas and hotel and lots of drinks... :D

When are you going to rosarito? me and a bunch of girls are headed down there too!!! we just decided last night... i am SO excited!

Kind of funny that people are coming to our little hometown for Spring Break, but it is a fun place. Ybor City is a sure bet, tons of bars, clubs etc. Try Howl at the Moon, which is in the Channelside District. They have GREAT drinks.

I will probably be going home to Melbourne for SB. Melbourne, FL that is...(I wish Australia!) Great beaches, a short way to Miami and Daytona, mom's home cooking, what more could a girl want?

Am going with my best friends from home, there will be four of us in Clearwater in the middle of March. If anyone has any must sees or must dos, please share! We're staying at the Best Western on Clearwater Beach, but won't have a car. Still, am excited to get out of Chicago cold (although its been relatively mild up here, despite the 10 inches of snow two weeks ago.

Have any of you been to Myrtle Beach for spring break before? I went last year, but I want to stay somewhere new this year. Any ideas? Any hotels down there that you stayed at and liked/disliked and why?

Well, our school is right down the Highway from the beach and some of the best hotels, although kind of pricey are the Yahtsman, Mandalay Bay, Schooner II, and the good ole Holiday Inn. Try and avoid anything on South Myrtle Beach. I have stayed there before and it is really cheap and convenient if you don't have reservations, but kind of crappy. The only bad thing about this area is it rains A LOT and the weather is VERY unpredictable. You probably saw the water spout-turn tornado that hit the area over the summer on Incredible Vacation Videos!

Are there usually a lot of people at Myrtle Beach for spring break? I'm going there this year and I just wanna know what to expect.

Me and my crew are gonna head down to South Padre. We actually got a beach house. I was suprised there would be anything available!

Like almost every poor college student in the state of Arizona I am going to good old Puerto Penasco, or Rocky Point, Mexico. Its a good time packed, cheap as hell and pretty too. A week there can cost about 350 including food, hotel ,drinks and everything so needless to say its where everyone in Arizona goes if they are poor, and its only four hours from tucson, 5 from phoenix and about 7 from flagstaff so its pretty close too. I can't wait to go again me and two of my sisters went last year and had the best time because you see all kinds of people that you know because its like all of AZ is there. We still talk about spring break 2001, hell we even got matchin tats when we got back, no bonding experience like spring break.

Even though I'm in the "real world" I am taking a class so I technically have a spring break. Hopefully, the boy and I will be going to Florida. I won't know until the day before we leave though since its dependent upon his work.
