DrPhil,

I ask because I have watch probate videos and on one few people or Greeks showed up. I was just wondering if what happens if no one showed up? Also it seems that at big well known or large colleges their probate shows ranged from 20 mins to 1 hour long. Is it the same for smaller colleges or different?

Take the hint... you are not going to get answers here.

LOL. I was wondering about the username before answering the question.

It was just a name on the whim. But thanks anyway.

Hint taken. Thanks

For FUTURE reference asking an NPHC question with that username can be interpreted as an NPHC aspirant who needs to ask these questions on the yard.

My day has been brightened by Whole Foods mango salmon sushi so I shall answer your questions:

1. Size of school, size of chapter, GLO culture, school and city cultures, and other factors determine probate dynamics.

2. Theoretically, the probate still happens. The logistics depends on the details behind the lack of other Greeks. If other Greeks were formally invited and did not show up, it could mean the chapter sucks, other Greeks are protesting, or there aren't too many other Greeks at the school or in the surrounding schools. There are also instances where Greeks are not formally invited except for sorors, frat, and GLOs that have a close relationship with the chapter.

I'm really particular when it comes to soup. Is their soup life altering?

Ditto! I made a relatively smaller salad to go with my sushi and it was still about $10. Weight over "size"...I keep having to remind myself.

AZTheta 10-21-2013 09:04 PM

In Arizona we have AJ's.Way better than WholeFoods. WAY, way better. Google it.

I figured it was okay to say something since DrPhil lead the hijack this time, not me.

DrPhil 10-21-2013 09:05 PM

"It's all DrPhil's fault."

Is AJ's expensive?

I do enjoy me some whole foods.... and trader joes.... but my new favorite is the still newish shiny Wegmans with the super awesome local beer selection. Only one in New England so far happens to only be 15 minutes from me : )

lolz I got "checked" the other day when I went there. I grabbed about 7 items including: clam chowder, (cooked) breaded califlower, two mini-cheese cakes, cooked mac and cheese, a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of Hefeweizen (wheat beer). Yeah, I made it up to the register and the total came out to 65 U.S. dollars.

Oh, Dr.Phil, I think the soups are good but need a touch of extra flavor. I usually add basil or/and oregano to their tomato soup. I like to add either basil or/and cilantro to the clam chowder.

I love Fresh & Easy. Cheap, healthy, great selection and yummy salads and sandwiches for lunch.
They're only in California, Nevada and Arizona though.

Who else besides me will watch CNN's killer whale documentary "Blackfish" on Thursday?

Yes, the commercials are scary. I like dolphins and believe that all animals and especially sea creatures are scary and unpredictable. But killer whales, which of course are dolphins, scare the crap out of me.

True. Your hatred for sushi is not uncommon. More for those who love sushi. :)

Still BLUTANG 10-23-2013 10:03 AM

@Dr Phil,

i'm definitely watching Blackfish this Sunday. I actually wanted to see it at my local indie theater, but the time got away from me. Glad it will be on CNN for a wider audience.

DrPhil 10-23-2013 10:09 AM

It supposedly first aires Thursday. I'm sure it will be played everyday.
