Sorry for crashing, but I had no idea you had all those houses at Berkeley. One of them (the current Phi Delt house) is directly across the street from the DG house, which has been at the same location since it was built in 1913.

Eastern Michigan is going to have an official house this year. I'll try to get some pics for you :) They are VERY excited and they received assistance from the new housing corporation in obtaining this official house!

So, speaking of houses, a good friend took me on a tour recently of University of Wisconsin. While the AGDs are not there, the house was there and I got to see it. I cannot recall who occupies it, however, some of the reading I did on it said it was one that EHB designed.

I think it's Alpha Epsilon Phi now. (But I don't know whether the Beta house assn. still owns it.)

I think those are the letters I saw on it when I went by and looked at the pic. I was sad to hear they didn't have a chapter any longer. WI is such a great place. Well, maybe it will be their time again in the future...you never know. Speaking of colonies, wow...AGDs have been busy with that too all over!!
