Coke or Pepsi?

Neither, they both taste like crap. Stop drinking them for awhile and then try them again. Pepsi is a better tasting crap than coke though..

Same here - Diet Dr Pepper is a pretty close second, too!! And zntke's right - the south is all about Coke products. (But my best friend's dad works for Pepsi, and we got lots of free stuff, so I've gotten over that!!)

I LOVE coke, in fact I get a migraine if I go over 12 hrs without having one. I work overnights and use to drink a 12 pack every night, now I limit myself to 2-3. Pepsi-ewwwwwwwww

True..so true...I'll never forget this one time i was in Atlanta and asked for a Pepsi.. The waitress pretty much gave me the death stare, like I broke a law or something. Then I drove around and saw these huge Coca Cola factories and i'm like...mhmm... something's amiss here!

You'll always notice, particularly in the deep south, that people will ask if you want a 'coke', not a beverage or a soft drink. If you say yes, they'll say 'what kind?'. As in Sprite, Coke, or Diet Coke. Pepsi is hardly ever an option - Coke is just synonymous with drink!

I dont drink caffine much, but if I do its usually a DP.

That's the problem Tracy I could fall asleep easily even with that much caffeine-of course i have to get up and pee every 2-3 hrs:D

I went through withdrawls BIGTIME after I quit drinking caffine!! For like 3 days I had a pounding headache and was one irritable motherf#@%er!! Now If I have half a bottle I am wired.

I am like that too....in fact, caffinee doesnt even affect me anymore, except if i dont have it, I get a headache. No hyperness, or being able to stay awake. Of course, that is why I probaly have a kidney infection right now. hmm, like ya'll wanted to know that. Sorry:eek:

Ok, I can go for Cherry Coke, or a Vanilla Coke from Sonic.....yum!!

I prefer Coke over Pepsi
Diet Pepsi over Diet Coke
Cherry Pepsi over Cherry Coke
Grenadine with Diet COKE is good too though.
With Cherry Pucker = COKE
With Jack Daniels = COKE

Either way give me a caffinated beverage and I'll be happy:)

Coke most definately!!! I have to have one EVERYDAY!!! Pepsi makes my tummy bubble in that nasty little way. Ugh!! Pepsi ugh!

When I drink soda (which isn't that often)...it would be Diet Sprite, Diet Mountain Dew or maybe Diet Coke if it was the only thing around.

my school dining facilities only have pepsi so i try to get a coke as much as possible when i'm out to eat...diet rite is a fav of mine as well...

i could sure use some caffine right now to finish this freaking research paper!! grrr

Dr. Pepper is the only one I care about, but between the two I'd pick Coke, never diet of either though. I'm so happy they have Caffine Free DP b/c I can't have caffine after 2 or 3pm or else I'll never go to sleep.

Coke! I think that Pepsi has this sickningly sweet taste.. but also, Diet Coke more recently, and DP as well. It's my fav!

I like Coke much better then Pepsi. But, Dr.Pepper is my fav soft drink.

That is because you are going through withdrawls from caffine. That is a pretty sevre addiction. Its a lot more common than people think, they just don't notice it because they consume so much. Caffine is one of the most addictive substances on Earth, not to menton the rest of the planet. I shouldn't talk though I drank 6 Frappacinos last night from starbucks. Half a case. I was going to drink all 12 but the girl who said I should come visit her at work wasn't there, so there was no reason to stay up all night studying for my exams. I'm still pretty wired. LOL last night, I got a Cosmo girl. Funny stuff at 2 am if your brain fried and make fun of it. That is why I think caffenine is evil. What was that? Nothing master. I need coffee. OR a coffee flavored frappicino. YUM!!

I LOVE Coca-Cola. Pepsi is nasty! It's got this too-sweet aftertaste that bothers me terribly. My uncle lives in Florida and only has Pepsi at his house whenever I visit. I'd rather drink the Florida water than open a can of that stuff! :eek:

They have caffeine free DP? Not here!! When I went to Wofford my freshman year, Coca Cola tried out Diet Cherry Coke in that area (I also love Cherry Coke) and it was DELICIOUS. I just wish they'd bring it to Clemson or Columbia.

Anybody have Caffeine free DP or Diet Cherry Coke where they live? I'm starting to feel left out. :confused:

Coke, although I don't drink it that often. When I want caffeine, I drink coffee -- good, dark, strong coffee.

It sure beats asking for a "pop"!!

I was tortured my freshman year by living in Cleveland, OH. Explains it all. lol.

FYI, I don't ask for Coke when I want a Sprite. :rolleyes: I certainly doubt a majority of Atlantans do that anyhow- there are a high percentage of "transplants" there. Don't make me define transplants. :P They don't use the term "pop" down here either.

Coke. From the little glass bottles. From a backwoods country store that keeps their old, white coolers about 1/2 a degree from freezing. Cold enough for ice to form when you pop the cap.

My old man calls em Sodey Waters.

COKE!!! Pepsi has got to be the nastiest stuff on the planet, outside of wheatgrass juice. I swear, I can actually feel the acid eating away at my teeth when I drink it.

I'm definitely not an addict, I drink about four cans of Coke in a year, but let me tell you, it was hard getting through my Masters at the University of Pittsburgh, which has a Pepsi partnership. YUck.

HMM well if I have to choose between Coke and Pepsi It would have to be Pepsi!! but otherwise I love Sprite and Squirt!!!

In Texas (my part) they are marketing Mountain Dew Code Red. It KICKS ASS. I am so hooked. Tastes just like a Sonic CherryLime Aid. YOU MUST TRY IT. The only thing that has ever tempted me to waver from my coke dependency.

My fave is diet wild cherry pepsi, with diet vernors a close second. I much prefer pepsi products to coke products but on airplanes coke is where it's at. Don't ask. I can't explain.
