The teams have been announced at CBS.com, and I feel somewhat ill -- Brendan and Rachel from Big Brother will be racing. I can only hope they'll be the first ones eliminated.

i actually wouldn't be surprised if they won the million. they are both strong at physical competitions and smart stragically. she is just annoying. i will be watching.

Well, my hopes that Radon would be eliminated last night were obviously wishful thinking. Oh well. At least with all the other teams they weren't on camera too much. From the previews, though . . . :rolleyes:

Meanwhile, my kids were pulling hard for Mark and Bopper.

Loved the line, " I've never made pinatas before" while making empanadas.

The sisters had nothing going in their favor including their own brains last night. Phil's look when they arrived at the Pit Stop was funny. They should both go directly from Argentina to an ophthalmologist.

I totally missed the beginning, and the only reason I saw any of it at all was because I was taping The Good Wife! Where have I been, I didn't even realize it was coming back on. Is it just me, or did they not do much advertising for this season?

I accidently started another thread about this (not realizing there already was one, sorry).

Anyways, as I said in the other one, one of the subs at my school, her sister and BIL are on this season. She didn't know which "reality" show they were on until about two weeks ago. They obviously can't tell her anything of importance.

As I missed it last night I'm going to have to look for it on ondemand or watch it online.

I just realized TONIGHT that it is back on so I've missed a few episodes. :( I wish they'd include this show on On Demand, but they don't. They do include Survivor. I don't adjust well to watching TV shows or movies on my computer.

I've been watching it from the beginning. You haven't missed out on much. They've only been to Argentina and Paraguay and haven't left S. America yet.

I must have missed something along the line. What is with Team KY's daughter?

It's Bopper's daughter. According to web reports I've seen, she has serious problems from the effects of coal dust in the air in Clay County, Kentucky. Mark mentioned last night that she takes 7 different medications.

I was so hoping that Radon would just quit last night. That would have made it the Best. Episode. Ever.

I'm sorry, but Rachel and Brandon (is that his name?) are ruining my show....she was crying at the finish line and they came in 2nd or 3rd.....AGRRRRRRHHHH!!!!!!

I just can not deal with her anymore....I don't know how he does it....if you don't do well under pressure...why the f$*&()%*%()!!! are you on this show????

^^^^ my thought exactly .. if you can't handle pressure why oh why are you on a reality show that is nothing but pressure... and no, the answer "I wanted to take a trip around the world with my best friend" doesn't count.

I agree, I was yelling at the TV trying to encourage them to quit.

I was so sad to see Bopper and Mark go. I was pulling for them to make it all the way. Now I have no idea who I'm gonna root for.

I'll root for Rachel (the BB Greek) and her partner to be the ones making the mistake :eek: at the finish line previewed for the finale.

FTR, she is a Phi Mu.

They have never been my favorite team, but it's pretty clear that Rachel and Dave deserve the win.

Ditto on hating to see Mark and Bopper out. My son in particular was really disappointed, especially given what they wanted to do with the money.

FWIW, I read an interview with Mark and Bopper where they had nice things to say about BB Rachel. They described her as very nice, and attributed the drama to Vanessa.

I'll have to take their word for it.

Rachel was on BB with someone I know, and they had their drama, but have remained friends after the show, so I have to think she isn't as bad as she makes herself look for the cameras.

Also, I am comforted by the fact that Mark and Bopper are shoo-ins for the next all-stars.

Exactly what I told my kids.

Great ending! Who's betting the finale editing will win them yet another Emmy this Fall?

Actually enjoyed this season because the word "baby" was not verbally shouted in motivational tones as often as it had been during past seasons. Think sixth season (models/pilot winners) had the most overuse of word "baby".
