Recruitment 2012
 

Since Winter 2012 Recruitment is starting soon for a lot of chapters, I thought I would start a new thread for us to keep each other updated! :)

Zeta Nu has deferred recruitment, so this is our recruitment season. It starts on Jan 21! (I'm a little over excited about it as I hope to take a sister-daughter this semester.)

I'm so excited for Alpha Lambda. Recruitment begins this weekend and continues next weekend. Bid day is MLK day.

It is day 3 of recruitment for Zeta Iota and so far it is going great!!! Today and tomorrow are skit day :) Preference and Bid day are next weekend!

Yay! Keep us posted on how it goes :) I hope you get to take a sister-daughter!

A little bit of an update for Zeta Nu! We had our last pre-recruitment event before formal starts in about a week. I wasn't able to attend, but my sisters say it was very successful! A lot of freshmen seem super excited to go through and a lot of them seem feel warmly about our chapter. I'm not going to count on anything, of course, but this is my first long week of recruitment and to see PNMs as excited as I was is awesome.

AGDCanada, does your chapter do winter recruitment?

Well, we don't do a formal winter recruitment. We just do COR, but I guess it's kind of more like a minimally structured recruitment since we have 3 planned events + a pref night.

Does anyone know how many new members Beta Delta (Indiana) got? No info on FB.

It's recruitment week at Theta Omicron!

Today is our second round of recruitment for Zeta Nu. Everything is going well. They had to add more rounds this year because of so many girls go through.
I might be a little more positive if I didn't have to miss our last round for my only night class during the week, haha. Friday is our bids day though! So exciting.

ZN update... 13 new women! Quota was 12. We still have open bids out so this could possibly increase!

Does anyone know how many new members Beta Delta (Indiana) got? No info on FB.

I heard it was 45.

I think that number is correct (or really close to correct). I can't find the email from them... *brain dead*

(I go back Friday the 17th, work week starts the next Monday, recruitment is 9/12-9/16!)

So, I got busy (woohoo, Model UN!), but Zeta Nu ended up with 14 new members in winter. Our fall recruitment begins the last weekend of September. Good luck to everyone!
