Most favorite smell!

Okay, we just had a thread on least favorite smell but best I can tell, the only "most favorite smell" threads have been on perfumes and Bath and Body!

So...what are your favorite smells? Mine are...

anything citrus...my grandfather used to have some orange groves. mmmmm, the smell of citrus blossoms, mmmm. I'm a Florida girl through and through. Love to drive past citrus groves with the car windows down.

Coffee! God bless my wonderful roommate. She usually gets up earlier than I do and every morning she makes a pot of coffee and even sets out a mug for me. (Isn't she the sweetest?!) So the first smell I encounter every morning when I wake up is Barnie's coffee. (NO Starbucks! Barnie's is waaaaaaaay better)

Guy's hair when it's just been shampooed and is all fluffy. You know, before they put gel or hairspray in it.

Chanel Allure. My #1 all time favorite perfume ever. Classy classy classy with just enough sexy. ;)

Baby powder. Or babies, for that matter.

Crock pot food. Like when your Mom cooks something and just lets it sit there all day, filling the house with yummy smells.

Baking brownies.

That fresh breeze smell on the first day in fall when it's cool enough outside to turn off the air and open all the windows in your house and turn on fans. (Big deal in Florida - it's been high 70s, low 80s in the afternoon all week)

Freshly mowed grass.

Okay, this is strange. While we were driving down the interstate through Atlanta over the weekend, this strong breeze started blowing through the van (the windows were closed, AC on) and it smelled of barbecue, bonfires, and fresh tomatoes! We have never had a breeze blow through the van around our feet!

It was so heavenly.:)

33girl 08-05-2002 02:11 PM
