What's your drink?
 

OK, I consider myself a little to non-drinker. I still order Virgin drinks, but I went out to lunch today at TGIF's and ordered a MUDSLIDE. Never tasted anything that good.

Diet Coke with lemon. :-)

But... if I'm in the mood for something harder, it's almost always a cape cod.

This time of year, egg nog with rum. :D

Ummmm...this topic would get both me and my boyfriend in a whole heap of trouble, so maybe I should sit this one out! ;)

I'm a lemonade fanatic. I have to have my bottle of snapple lemonade or Minute Maid lemonade or ELSE. :D

I'll be sweet and innocent and say coca cola... :D

Soror, we are THERE! Anything lemonade is alwayZ da bomb...I also like minute maid ice tea lemonade...zieglers pink lemonade...and then there is electric lemonade...whew...I am in lemonade heaven! :D

I love water...cold water! I like sparkling water too! Keep the perrier stocked...I like the lemon and the lime variety on a really hot day.

Grey Goose Vodka, Ice cold and straight. No point in getting tipsy with stuff thats unpure. The people who always would look at me and go "uggh dude!" were the ones waking up with the hangovers, but not me. Distilled alcohol has no impurities that can go to your brain and settle while ya sleep. No impurities, the alcohol is broken down and eliminated,with no waste products. No point in not being educated if you are going to be drinkin.

All you lemonade folks -- if you want to "spike" it, try a Lynchburg Lemonade -- That's lemonade with a shot of Jack Daniels.

Now, as for my favorites...

Sitting in a bar with friends -- Long Island Iced Tea.
On an airplane -- Jack Daniels and Ginger Ale.
In a hotel bar on the road -- Old Fashioned on the Rocks.
Outdoor summer evening or by the pool -- Gin and Tonic.
After Dinner -- Bailey's on the Rocks.
At home reading -- a drink I did in college -- shot of rum, shot of whisky and some grapefruit juice. Strange, but I like it. Or sometimes Bacardi and Coke.

That's an interesting list. Odd how you have a drink for different situations. Would it throw you off to have a Long Island Iced Tea on an airplane, and a Gin & tonic after dinner? Just kidding, lol.

I love Peach Iced Tea, Arizona makes the best one and Snapple is a close second.

Sometimes I mix pink lemonade and Pepsi w/ a little orange soda. I know it sounds nasty, people look at me funny when I mix it too, but it's the right amount of sweet and sour. I love it

I've also tried Mike's Hard Lemonade. Its aiight.

To be discrete, I like Iced-Tea. (any type of iced tea including Long Island) only on occasions. LOL (Note: I am not a member of any GLO, just responding to the thread)

Mikes is much better in Canada than it is in the States. The flavours don't even compare. Plus, here they have Mike's Hard Cranberry Lemonade! Yum!

General Foods, International Coffees- Swiss White Chocolate Coffee. Anytime, anyday, any season!

Non-alcoholic drink: Ginger Ale

Alcoholic drink: A glass of White Zinfandel(sp) wine.

i feel you...water...but i like mine room temp...nothing but water...next is orange juice...or pretty much any other juice...i try to stay away from soda and alcohol...

I like just about any kind of juice too!!!! (Berry juices and grapefruit juices are my favorites. LOL...but my juice should be cold.

I AGREE THAT NOTHING BEATS A NICE GLASS OF WATER ON A WARM DAY. I ALSO LOVE GINGER ALE, ATLANTIC CITY NEW JERSEY CASINOS HAVE THE BEST HANDS DOWN. IF YOU TIP THE WAITRESS WHILE YOU ARE PLAYING, SHE WILL KEEP EM COMIN'. WHICH IS GOOD FOR ME BECAUSE I AM NOT A BIG GAMBLER. ANYWAY BACK TO THE SUBJECT, I LOVE MOST OF TGIF 'S ICE CREAM DRINKS. THERE IS A GREAT ONE CALLED SOMETHING LIKE AN HOUR IN A CANDY STORE, MMMMM.

"Mud Slide" - at the bar.
"Amoretto Sour" - on the dancefloor.

Non-alcoholic
I love Minutemade Lemonade, Mountain Dew and Cherry Dew.

Alcoholic give me a Apple Martini any day.
But I also like Smirnoff Ice, ( I think it's better than Mike's hard lemonade ;) ) and I can't forget this drink called Hooch, (yes y'all that the name) it comes in different flavors. My favorite is fruit punch, and I can't forget Jack Daniels down home punch.:D

my fav drink...nothing will ever beat ice cold WATER!!!

Hey Soror, I feel you on that one. I usually stick with cranberry juice and San Pelligrino. Evian tastes too salty.

I love lemonade too, but I tend to be very particular. First of all, I prefer pink over yellow. Call me crazy, but it just tastes better. Second, I prefer generic to name brand. Tahitian Treat pink lemonade beats out Snapple, Minute Maid and all that.

Also love cranberry juice, but again only the generic. HEB Hill Country Fare only.

Yeah, that's me to a T. I used to like brown liquors like Crown, Grand Marnier, Henney, Courvosier. But it's Smirnoff, Grey Goose, and Belevedere over her because you don't get a hangover. Oh yeah Peachtree.

you know, i had some of that hill country pink lemonade and it is quite tasty!

as far as alcohol straight...

i love malibu rum on the rocks. it's cool to mix, but is just fine on it's own.

and to cjus: you drAnk belvedere straight? you a strong somebody. it is waaay to strong for me. i had it straight and with cranberry juice and i almost couldn't finish it (i didn't pour it out cuz i don't believe in wasting drAnk)

I guess I am, but Then again I guess it's the water from the ice that makes it less stronger that what it really is. I normally mix my drinks with Tea to make my own bootlegged Long Island Iced Tea.

You are absolutely correct, a mudslide is about as good as they get. I love that, but there are several other htings that I enjoy:

a good sweet tart, amaretto sour, Tom Collins (if made correclty), Cask and Cream and Bailey's are always a treat. a 57 Cevy or Rum Runner if it has beena rough day, for shots give me a sceraming orgasim or a blow job.

Try some of those when you have a chance

Well I have to agree with those who say ice cold water is #1 on my list. Then comes green tea.

Now having said that, from time to time I also enjoy Hennessy, Southern Comfort, and Amaretto Sour:p
