Thanks old friends! It warms my heart to see so many ol' friendly faces...err..names in this thread! Yeah, April Fool's Day was not the best day to announce, but we had our ultrasound and were so happy to see a little heart beating away! It was tough to convince people we were telling the truth! Haha

Just wanted to give a (long overdue) update! My son, Alexander, is going to have a little BROTHER!!!

That's right! Alex is getting so big and so is Mommy!! I feel like a house!
Here is a recent picture (and I love that my belly is COMPLETELY hidden!): http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._3540339_n.jpg Due date is Oct. 27th...but because of Alex's rough birth (c/s 2 weeks before due date, breech, cord around neck 3 times...not breathing, etc.), they do not want me to go past the 21st. This little boy is still very free-floating and they are afraid that my pelvis is just a funny shape causing him (and Alex) not to be able to "engage" -- so we are hoping by next Friday, Belly Boy will be all lined up and ready to go...but if not, he's coming out via c-section on the 21st. They are hoping that I don't go into labor naturally (at least as long as he has not engaged) again prior to the c/s because of the possibility of the cord coming out first with him so free-floating. I'm a bucket full of stress. The whole time, I thought I was going to be a strong candidate for a VBAC. :( |

It's funny because I remember saying this when your older son was born, but you make the most gorgeous babies on earth. Seriously! I don't usually think babies look that spectacular, but this child is absolutely perfect. Congratulations on another little one:)
