Is everybody ready?

I'm trying to find the Dove for Men commercials that will be aired. My cousin's daughter will be in it. Supposedly, it should be airing in Europe right now.

Some of them are too painful to watch, but some are good :)

I'm personally a little peeved at Tebow. Politics don't belong in the Super Bowl.

Ditto. I'm just glad I'll be at the game so I don't have to watch it! :p

Eh, it's happened before. President Obama ran campaign ads on some local affiliates last year. I don't mind political or advocacy ads during the game.

I hope the budweiser commercials are as good as last year.

I don't know how they will top the clydesdale getting the tree branch. That was frickin' classic!!!!

Well, looks like all the debate over that Tebow ad was really worth it. What was that, 10 seconds? 15 seconds?

I knew it wouldn't be long before we saw a Go Daddy ad. Although that was was quite mild the past ads.

The best one so far IMO is the Doritos ad with the little kid. I could not stop laughing!

Ha! Saw the Dove for Men ad. But boy, did that ad whip by.

My favorite ad so far has been the doritos ad with the dog and taunting guy.

I really liked the dove for men ad.

He'd already been inaugurated last year at this time.. maybe the year before?

My faves are the Bud commercials...but most of these are bad

I need to go on to You Tube to watch that one. Never saw cousin's DD. She was to be wearing a print Jeans skirt and a bra -- was told it would be the man during the 80s.



ETA...Found it. She is on for about 1/2 second at either :10 or :11 All you see is the back of her bra. I'm not even going to say how much she was paid for that commercial.

That ad seemed like it was highly edited. I kept waiting for part 2 to show up in the second half.

I heart the Denny's chickens. Too bad the ads I liked best are for products I'll never use (Denny's & Bud) unless I have no other choice.

The Denny's chickens and the Doritos ad with the shock collar freakin cracked me up!!

Nah, that was it. The whole point was to get people to go to their website. They're not the most media-savvy organization, so they did a poor job of pulling off the concept.

i'm glad i don't work at Denny's.

most of those commercials were terrible.

My (and my BFs) faves were the Carmax commericials with the "dramatic animals" (prairie dog, parakeet, dog etc.)

They sucked.

The E-Trade babies are here all year. They were cool as always but nothing "Superbowl magnificient."

Yeah, I agree on that one. Even though there were some funny commercials, they weren't as spectacular as some of the superbowls have had.

I liked Punxsutawney Polamalu. Not just because I am a Steelers fan, but mainly because I wish we could have 6 more weeks of football!

It probably won't surprise anyone, but the highlight of the entire night was hearing Cheap Trick in a Super Bowl commercial. Doesn't make me want to buy an Audi, but I'm still grinning about it. The Green Police!!!!

Liked the Bud Light House, chuckled mightily at the Boost Mobile Shuffle (although my kids didn't get it), and want one of those anti-bark collars. Cheered when we saw the Budweiser commercial, although it wasn't as good as last years. Wish there would have been a Magic Fridge part 2 this year. Still love that one.

Hated, hated, hated Timmy and his mom. Hated even more the thought of Brett Favre as MVP in 2020.

greatly underwhelmed with this years crop of commercials. my fave was the betty white/abe vigoda one.
