Hi, all. In case you are wondering about recruitment results ... numbers are being posted on Bloom for each chapter on its page. From my quick glance it looks like we have made quota or quota + so far.

In addition, a list of chapters who made quota is being posted on the Phi Mu Facebook page.

Where is this at on Bloom?

As far as I know, recruitment results aren't on Bloom for Fall 09.

There was a message posted for each chapter on its group page last January with Fall 08 results. Those messages are still up but are not from fall 09 recruitment. I believe the messages start with "During formal recruitment, the Alpha chapter ..." or something similar.

Sometimes the Area 1, II, and III group pages will randomly post the recruitment results. And of course, the individual chapter websites may have that information posted.

Congrats to the new baby phis and great work recruitment team!!

Heard? In fact, I wrote a rec. for one of those lovely new Phis!!! I'm so proud of her and happy she got a bid!!! Yay for Phi Mu!!!

Yeah really! 252 PHIS?!?! I'm amazed. Their chapters must be 400+ women!

Actually it's a colony, so their chapter really is only 252 women.

Has anyone heard anything yet? NW-MO recruitment isn't until after Labor Day but my niece just finished recruitment at Arizona so I'm starting to get the bug for some Phi Mu results!

Alabama made quota (83 freshmen + 5 upperclasswomen + 2 upperclass quota additions) for a total of 90. Auburn and Mississippi State also matched quota. South Alabama and Jacksonville State got quota + additions. Tennessee matched quota. I hear Oklahoma State did really well and got quota + additions.

I'm dying to hear how South Carolina did in their first year of formal recruitment!

I just talked to my daughter at Georgia Tech and they got 41, which was quota.

Hey girls! I'm a new Phi at the University of South Carolina! We have 92 amazing new girls (& from what I've heard we were 8 over quota!)!!! :]

Zeta Lambda at Northwest Missouri State University took quota +3 for a total of 36 Phis and bringing chapter membership to 91 on a campus where total is 75.

Quick tangent cause I know this is the Phi Mu forum - are they kicking around the idea of expansion there at all? I know they lost a chapter a couple years ago.

DZ just left campus about a year ago. I don't think that we're ready for six sororities again but on the other hand I don't think that raising total is the way to go either. I really think that Northwest is probably in a holding pattern for a few more years. I also wouldn't be suprised if DZ has an "in" to return when they are ready. That chapter was one if not the first on campus so I know that it's got a lot of alumna support in the area.

Oh hell, I'm thinking of the wrong Missouri school. Never mind. :) They need to not change their names and confuse me.

Phi Kappa at Muhlenberg College hits quota with 25 girls!!! That means there's a total of 76 girls in house, one over house total. Way to go, Phi Kappa!!!!!!

Can anyone tell me how to post a picture? I'd love to show off the new girls!

UF - Alpha Nu met and exceeded quota on bid day with 63 women and we currently have 55 Phis (53 was quota)! We still have a little ways to go until we reach campus total, but we're moving in a very positive direction with the help and support of nationals and our advisers! =)
