It's an addiction I tell you! An addiction!

I play on Facebook (never had a Myspace), level 24. It kind of makes me happy.

Spawned off of the "What do you have to say?" thread (in which several people admitted their addiction)

I was just on Sorority Life about 2 minutes ago, haha! Also on Facebook, level 24 :)

I have it but I havent checked it out at all yet...I hear its quite the addiction!!

Yes, I play. In fact, I checked it before I went on to greekchat. I'm a level 26.

What exactly is it?

Yeah, I've seen it, and I clicked on it, and I was so so confused...

I am totally addicted to this game. Fun, when I'm bored...

I also am level 24. I need to get like 100 people to join my house, though. I'm tired of getting my ass beat by people with 132 people in their house.

I love this game! I am a level 95! I only play on Myspace. I can't get any of my Facebook friends to play :(

It's not about the amount of people in your house(at least not until you get in the higher levels) it's about the amount of glam you buy.

The 'formula' for fighting with your house is that you only fight with 5x your level. So your level is 24, that means you can only fight with a Max of 120 sisters in your house (even if you have more). So you need to buy glam for those 120 sisters (1 ride, 1 accessory and 1 outfit). As you go up in levels the number of sisters you fight with goes up.

So if you have enough glam, you can essentially beat the people who have a higher # in their house, cause they can only fight with a certain number anyways.

I play Sorority Life on Myspace. I'm a level 34....and i'm trying to become a better "bounty hunter" (the ones that take people off the burn list). lol

I am way addicted to this game but I really dropped the ball on inviting people. I'm level 57 and need about 125 more people to be at my cap. :P Ugh.

It's a lazy Saturday, so I gave in. Now I'm addicted.

This and fashion wars have become my favorite things to play on facebook. On SL, I'm on level 18 and on FW, I'm on like level 18 or 19. I'm dillardsgirl on both if you need another person for your house/posse

Yep, everyone gets that shirt. I wish they had a customizable one where you could choose your letters!

I'm hooked to the game. I need to step away from Sorority Life. I'm currently a Level 16. I also just won a limited edition Angelina Jolie wig with earrings. LOL! I'm trying to build up my house but my friends aren't cooperating. I only have 10 so far. :(

They have sorority houses for the SL game, and one of the "popular" houses was created by a character named Bette Davis Eyes. Whenever I saw that I was like "hmmm I wonder if it's the same BDE from GC?" lol

LOL! I wish it was me but alas, I am not that creative.

I'm hooked too. :( Sooo, can I join one of your houses or vice versa? Perhaps create a GC posse?

LoL - That's how I got sucked in... today was a blah kinda day... so I gave it a whirl... I'm Determined, DETERMINED I SAY to get Level 15 on the first day b/c I think I'll get another medal!!

Stupid brownie points! They come so easy at the beginning, and now I'm scrapping to try and get some.

The worst is when you move up a level and you finally get a new social activity, but you can't do it because you don't have 235689 energy or enough girls in your house.

Oh man, I'm addicted, too! (on MySpace) I try to use up the last of my energy doing tiny things if I know I won't be at a computer for a while. That way, I can recharge while I'm gone. I just got to level 31. I'm saving up to buy a yacht, and I'm almost there!

yes! I am only level 17 and it has taken me FOREVER to get there.....on FB. I have a myspace page but haven't joined or added sorority life there.

There a fb group (serveral actually) for Sorority Life and people are always looking to add other people. You just add then and put sorority life in the message and then when they add you, you sent them an invite to join. That's how I got the people for my house.

oh yeah im very addicted!! on myspace im level 56 & facebook level 18 (i think)

I am sooooo addicted!!! I am level 15 on Facebook....I haven't checked out myspace yet. Is it better or the same as facebook?

A few things I've observed since joining SL Saturday:

A lot of these women are psycho. Some of them are obviously hurt by getting attacked and slapped in a virtual game. Honey, if your confidence level is really that low IRL, then you shouldn't be playing this game. I couldn't believe some of the things I've read in people's comments.

I'm convinced that people actually PAY REAL MONEY to get brownie points.

sossy ella and BarbieWhore need to be shot.

I don't know if I'm cool with adding random people to my FB just to get more people in my house. It sucks that I only have 10 people in my house and I'm on Level 19, but they're people I know IRL or from GC.

If anyone on GC needs a new sister for their house, LMK!

Currently, I only have 21 sisters and I'm lv 26. I know every single one of them in real life though. I'm really hesitant to add people just for Sorority Life, but I think that as long as I set up really limited permissions on my profile when I first add them, I'll be okay. And, once you send the sorority life request, you can delete them as a friend. I'm okay with that.

ETA: I'm not adding more people, as I don't play anymore.

I was worried about adding randoms too, but instead of putting SL on my personal account, I just created a new account and use that one for SL.

Is it just me or has SL been hiccuping a lot lately?

I haven't seen that. Does SL make anyone else's computer slow?? Maybe it's a sign that I play too much!

SL has been slow today and keeps kicking me to a blank screen. How can I fight sossy ella and BarbieWhore if the game keeps me out? ;) If you need sisters, you can add me too. Just send me a PM.
