Well it is almost that time for college hill's new season to kick off. Is anybody going to watch it and what is your favorite season?

I didn't even know that show was still on

I watched the Atlanta season. Hated everything about it except the trip to London.

WHY is it still on?

Maybe they have a contract with Tracey Edmonds (isn't that who produces it?) that keeps it on.

I thought they'd cancel it in favor of Baldwin Hills or the new Harlem Nights show thingie.

That show will never go off. Expect a new season every year around March.

Yeh I think they doing a little to much now. When the show first started they actually spent time on the college campuses like Grambling State University, Southern University and Virginia State University. Now they are doing the show based on locations like Atlanta, Virgin Islands and South Beach.

I thought Harlem Nights was going to replace Baldwin Hills since they are basically the same. BET is hitting rock bottom if you ask me.

LOL. BH and HN aren't supposed to be the same.

I guess The Hills and The City on MTV are becoming the same, too. I think The City is a huge FAIL. I still like Whitney.

Well I watched both episodes tonight.. I think this season will be a good one! Also, I felt so sorry for Milan after Kyle just embarrassed her infront of everyone.. and that Terri has issues.. she only knew Brandon for a day now com' on.. what was she really expecting.. she did own up to being naive!!! LOL

You are right, it wasnt Grambling State. So far this season I can tell that these people will have a lot of arguments and from the commercial I saw somebody will get sent home. Thats so stupid for people to be fighting over nothing, plus that phone conversation the female had wth her moms was crazy. What type of mother tells her child to act foolish on tv or better yet, to get their ghetto cousin or whatever to come over?

Yes, girl, Terri is a mess!! Something is not right about her. I'm not going to blame it on her age...I just think she is crazy:D. How is she just going to be all possesive of Brandon like that? I mean, his body is bangin (I don't know about his face; he looks better with shades on) but still... She is crazy!

I like Kyle...lol...he is a trip, but I kind of felt where he was coming from. He did overreact a bit but I do understand why he was upset.

Yeah, this season is already shaping up to be a pretty interesting one...lol.

I love the show. This season, last season, all seasons. I mean, I realize it could be on an episode of "We Can Do Better" (what happened to that show?), but still in all, it's entertainment...and it teaches us. Some may not want to believe that, but it's true. Even if it just teaches us how NOT to do something, we're being educated.

That said, the women on the show are fine, including Terri. She got an issue or two with the 'do, but it's all good. And as for her falling so quickly, that's something she needs to work on, because she will only have a lifetime of grief. And Brandon needs to learn to think before it gets outta hand. Needs to learn to read folks. Because, with some folks--as it appears will be the case with Terri--fatal attraction is real. Learn a bit of history, feel a person out. I mean, I know it's tough when attraction is at peak level, but weigh them pros and them cons. Because they ain't no joke.

That said, I'm tuning in every week, drama or not (sadly, probably moreso if there is drama).

i *say* i'm not going to watch, but i'm sure one saturday there will be a marathon and i'll be stuck inside doing laundry or something, and i will get hooked.

that's how it always happens.

Lifetime is station I try to stay away from on the weekend.

All I can say is that I believe Terri will be kicked off the show because I checked bet.com and they have a profile of all the housemates except her. By the way Brandon may look good but he is dumb is not that book smart. On his profile it said that he is a computer science major with a 2.0 gpa and I think he is a senior. I know his pockets must be hurting lol
As far as the gay person, I think he did act a lil to "ghetto" in that situation because nobody who is comfortable with being gay would react the way he did.

Sadly I think they do. I mean why get on the show just to be kicked off for stupidity and what type of person wants to fight before they even get a chance to get through half of the season?

I caught the repeat of the first epsiode late last night. Favorite was season two.

Did season two have that nerdish person with the dreads? If so thats my second favorite. My favorite is College Hill: Virginia State University

It's a helluva way to get your 15 minutes of fame.......fighting on national TV over some BS.

Oh ok now i remember season two. Yeh I mean season one with Jabari is second on my list. To bad they didnt have season one and two on the reunion show.

On another note, i'm waiting for College Hill to do a season in Mississippi. Hopefully I can be on it or atleast somebody I know. Would be a great experience.

LOL! I was thinking the same exact thing last night.. When I seen him with his shades off I was like OHH.. but I think he was trying to work the room.. and it was bad on his part to just ignore Terri like that.. yes she came across to strong but he should've sat her down and discuss his concerns with her.. he was wrong to talk to every female in the house except her.. I think he should've handled that situation better..

I just watched the first episode and I agree. Brandon has issues. The boy was speaking in third person and was feeling himself a bit too much he's not all that. Nice abs, but not much else. Aside from ole girl being a lil special Brandon was dead wrong for speaking to and spending time with everyone but her after spending the night cuddling with her. He also proceeded to talk about her behind her back.

Favorite quote: "That b**ch put her pants on one leg at a time just like you"~~Terri's mom telling her that she should confront the girl she's rooming with.

Where are these kids alleging to go to school? There aren't any reputable colleges with much more than a museum and a tiny campus building on the beach.

Well tonight is the night they show the fight. This makes me think back to College Hill Virgin Islands.

What the hell! Since when did college hill allow the cast to vote people off the show? Thats stupid if you ask me. Both of those chicks should be sent home.

I thought the rules was to send the person who threw the first hit home.. since they did it different this time I think I would have voted for Milan too.. Terri has too much drama going on plus she's talking about bring her family there to beat the girl up???

You now what the sad part is.. They just showed a preview of next episode and Milan is talking mess towards Brandon and how nobody in the house likes him. Common Sense should have told them to send Milan home because she has pissed off three people. Beside what Terrie did with Brandons friends was none of her concern in the beginning.

I think Brandon was upset because he was going to miss his chance to really hook-up with Terri.. he was trying to keep her on board..

At first I thought he just wanted to be the center of attention, but he did have a point about how the house is sticking by their so called alliance. This would have never happend if Brandon didnt flirt with all the girls on the first day. It's Brandons fault!!!

They go all over. One of them goes to FIU, other cast members go to places like BCC, UM, and even as far as FAU.

I don't think they attend college while filming the show though, but I don't watch it so I wouldn't really know.

Right....or at least the person who hit first. I think they both should have gone home personally but if one had to go it should have been Milan. All the "talking" Terri was doing was just that---talk. You can SAY whatever it is you want, but the minute you touch me....Imma beat your a.....okay...let me calm down...lol. At any rate, Milan walked up on Terri who was on the other side of the room. That wasn't even called for...

They both should have went home though and I would not have left that up to the cast....

Actually they do film while the students go to school. They just dont show that much footage of them while in classes.

Exactly. Every other season the person who runs the show steps in and tells the cast that the person to throw the first punch is sent home so why change the rule now? I dont like how the gay dude, I dont remember his name, changed his vote at the end because of what he said. He made it seem like he based his vote on the fact that Terri did a lot of flirting with Brandon and his friends.

I think I wouldn't have caught feelings behind this if Terri didn't try to use Milan's heritage against her. But Milan did come at her a LITTLE attitudinal at first.
