TO Release by the Cowboys
|
I knew that was going to happen. Even though T O has alot of talent, he brings the team down. I wonder who's going to pick him up?
|
Odds on favorite: The Washington Redskins.

The guy has talent, but it's pretty insane that he's worn out his welcome with three teams.
Apparently the Giants are coming out and saying they have absolutely no interest, as there had been whispers that the Giants and Jets would be looking at TO. Going to the Giants, at least, would end in hilarity; a quarterback with accuracy issues, throwing to a wideout with drops issues who publically vents when he doesn't get enough tosses his way (or even sometimes when he does get enough tosses). |
washington redskins are you serious?!?! hell no i dont need T O taking any shine time away from my favorite player Santana Moss
|
Maybe the Houston Texans will pick him up, cuz ain't nuthin' goin' on on dat team!!!

AHAHAHAHA, I've been telling my family and friends (who are all Cowboys fans) that this was gonna happen. They just said that I was jealous cause i'm a Giants fan and I want TO gone.
They talked sooo much shit when TO went to the Cowboys--about how the Cowboys were gonna be unstoppable, yada yada yada. Hahaha suckers, now I gotta rub it in their faces. ETA: I'm glad the Giants don't want him, but they better not go back on their decision and take him, or i'll be PISSED. |

He brings them down? Did he bring the Eagles down when the started the year 13-1 and went to the Super Bowl? Was that TO that brought them down? How did he bring the Cowboys down? They hadn't won a playoff game in the TEN years before TO got there? They had three straight winning seasons didn't they? They would of won a playoff game if "TO aka Romo" didn't bring them down by fumbling a snap. This season the same people that are bashing TO picked the Cowboys to go to the Super Bowl. Romo was a turnover machine. The O line was inconsistent and the D sucked the first half the year. Jerry Jones brings in Pacman and then makes a stupid trade to bring in Roy Williams at midseason. |

Wrong. Did you even watch the NFC Championship game? Did you see Anquan Bolden on the sideline? It actually happens all the time. Randy Moss/Chris Carter tag teaming Daunte Culpepper on the sideline. Keyshawn Johnson was a diva. Runningbacks also complain about getting the ball. Brian Westbrook is always complaining that he doesn't get the ball enought. Do your homework. |

...just one injury away from starting as always. |

In the Super Bowl Kordell CHOKED and everyone that saw the game knew he choked including the broadcasters and even the opposing coach questioned why the Eagles were not running the two minute drill. After the game three Eagles(Hank Fraley, John Runyan and Freddie Mitchell) said that McNabb was puking in the huddle and could not catch his breath. Mcnabb then says he had the flu Then he says he tired. Then he says he wasn't tired he was just a little winded. The next day he says it was a late hit by Richard Seymore. The day after that he says the Eagles don't run the two minute drill in that situation. Then he says they wanted to run the two minute drill but they didn't and it was TO's fault. What a douchbag! The following season TO asked for a new contract. McNabb also asked for a new deal and was given a new deal then opens his big mouth like little bitch and says TO should honor his original deal. The Eagles also asked the city for a new stadium deal and were given a new deal. Now TO is the bad guy for asking?? McNabb is such a punk. After the loss to Arizona in the NFC Championship McNabb blamed the defense. Last week he threw the receivers under the bus. |

and McNabb will still be QBing this coming season...LOL ...How 'bout that Matt Schaub? Huh? One helluva guy...hehehe |

I mentioned Garcia once in comparison to McNabb. Does that make him my boy? You never disputed my post either. Who has more 4th quarter comebacks in the last 4 years with the Eagles? Garcia has like 2 in 6 games. How many do you think McNabb has in 4 years? I will give you everything over 2 and I will take the under. What do you think McNabb's record is the last 4 years? Who do you think had more wins the last 3 years McNabb or TO? |

You will still have Daniel Snyder and the rest of the DC teams. Who wins now? lol holla |

Man please, you rode Garcia jock like it meant something and BAM 2 weeks later....HE IS CUT. Man, come on, it's not like he has had a career of taking teams to playoffs consistantly Niners cut him...why SUB PAR Performance Browns cut him why? Injury and Inconsistent Lions cut him why? Joey harrington was better? WTF JOEY HARRINGTON?? HAHAHA And Phlly opted AJ Feely over top of him... Last season if who was it...Griese hasn't got INJURED...Garcia would have STAYED 3rd string. How do you go from takin a team to the playoffs to 3rd string??? You see where I am going...he isn't good enough to start. Who has made more 4th quarter...? WTF? Who CARES? WHO HAS A JOB....LOL There you go again...I knew you would lose it if I brought up Garcia again. Let me make it really simple for you. Garcia = just good enough to bring in when your starter goes down to injury. ETA and MCNABB is STILL starting this season Repeat after me: "I hate McNabb" and make sure you stop your feet when you say it...and it's ok to pout too.. Thanks for the laughs max. |

McNabb has one foot out the door. He will be gone soon enough. |

You mean TO was right? |
Quote:
Dude... Had... as in 'has been' 'washed up' 'done' glad you said it. We can talk numbers all day but 5 (Niners, Browns, Lions **for Harrington LOL**, Eagles AND Bucs) teams cut him because he was subpar, often injured or inconsistent. You make the same arguments about McNabb right? Bottom line...Eagles have had winning seasons since he came there and if you are saying that McNabb is "subpar, often injured and inconsistent" then why hasn't the Eagles seen fit to do the same as the Bucs did? Maybe you should go over to the Linc and have that same discussion with upper management and demand that they go get Garcia right now and trade or cut McNabb. Or...fly down to TB and start a petiton for the Bucs to bring Garcia back. Let me know how long it takes before they laugh at your or escort you to the door. "I hate McNabb!!" REPEAT Was TO right? Who knows...probably ...but in his own mind no QB is good enough for him. Thank you for finally ettin us back on track to the topic...now will you kindly step back from your "I hate McNabb" soapbox? **bout time!!*** |
TO became a distraction to the team and organization. Granted he had double coverage, so it left other receivers open to make the receptions. However, when the ball was thrown to him, more times than not he dropped the ball LITERALLY! he was complaining about the friendship Witten and Romo had with each other.
As a life long Cowboys fan, I am not sorry to see him go. My husband however says that jerry jones was smart in waiting till now to release him. With the idiot owner of the Deadskins signing Haynesworth for $100 million, there is not enough salary under the cap to sign TO. (Awww, poor Snyder, can't be a Jerry Jones wanna-be and sign him. I hate the guy, if you couldn't tell.) Same problem with the NY Giants. They just signed Caney from Dallas, they don't have the money. I was laughing earlier when I saw all the teams saying they wouldn't even try to sign him. TO's head got too big for his britches, he has no one to blame but himself. |
^^^ Are you on drugs?
|
|
I am kind of upset. I enjoyed the drama and watching the Cowboys self-destruct!
|
ALL FORMER AND CURRENT ESPN NFL ANALYSTS SAID T.O. COULD GO TO THE RAIDERS!!!
Why he'd move back to the Bay, who knows? But Al Davis ain't paying him that much. Not even the Titans want him around, while T.O. doesn't want to lose his stuff in Dallas--like in "Irving" or "Euless" who knows? But T.O. will wind up at a place like Oakland, with all those Ex-convicts, getting a jacked up contract, and build what he is supposed to build what's left of his career in that place. His other options could be St. Louis Rams, maybe? Or worst case hope the Big Tuna wants to deal with is azz... But I doubt it. Some say Jags, Texans, or hey, when LA gets a team again... |
lol the thing is the titans dont need T O. They had a very very good record this past season so why add him into the mix? Personally I dont care where T O goes long as he doesnt play for the redskins, jets, or saints because those are the only teams i care about. Watch how a below average team picks him up though

This is surprising to you? At this point, the Oakland Raiders may be the only team willing to sign TO. Al Davis likes misfits almost as much as Jerry Jones. |
