Does anyone watch Brothers & Sisters? What do you think?

I've been watching it since it came out. It's one of my four "must see" shows. I love Sally Field.

I love this show! Is Danny Glover's character coming back, though?

I haven't heard any rumors about him coming back. Googling brings up nothing either.

From the previews for tonight, it looks like Justin is going to drink and Rebecca is going to be ticked off about it. I would like to see those two have some happy times for a while, to be honest. They've both been through too much.

I'm really wondering if we're going to ever meet Ryan.

I love the Senator

I watched it the first season, but stopped because I got tired of the constant fighting. Every conversation is an argument. It's exhausting and stressful for me to watch, not enjoyable in the least. I think there's another Brothers & Sisters thread on here, btw.

Brothers & Sisters is on my "must see" list for Sunday night, too. It's great that there's an encore presentation of Mad Men so I don't have to miss any of my favorite shows.

Was hired a few weeks back to write a review on the show on whether or not I considered it a "keeper" and so I just watched 6 episodes (from this season) for the first time. I must say -- I love it. I'd definitely give up one of my regular 3 (not to be confused with the shows I watch for a paycheck) to watch it.

And it's SO great to see Rob Lowe again. How I loved him in The West Wing!

and Sunday nights on ABC from 9-11 are my 2 must see shows. LOVE Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters!!!

Agreed!!!! I actually feel in love with Brothers & Sisters and then started watching re-runs of the West Wing....Oh how I love Rob Lowe!!!!

I am upset there are no new episodes until next year!!!

Did anyone see the previews??? Is that Kevin kissing Tommie's wife????

I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw that. I thought my old eyeballs were playing tricks on me. WTH?????

Wasn't there supposed to be a paternity test in the last new episode??? I missed it because I was working. :(

There was a paternity test and one of the brothers donated part of his liver to the baby.

Has anyone been watching lately? There is a 2 hour event tonight... The previews are saying someone will die....I am thinking either Rob Lowe's character or Kevin.

<raises hand> Watching now. I had read some spoilers so I kind of knew what was going to happen. I couldn't stand the suspense.

I missed the past few episodes but tonight's special sucked me right back into the series.

I caught the last hour. Who is Ryan? What the hell is Robert thinking? The baby is adorable!! And so THATS how Balthazar Getty is leaving?!! Wow.

Ryan is the real illegitimate child of William's.

Yeah, it seems like that's how "Tommy" is leaving.

I just totally hate Holly. Totally. Always have. But I love Rebecca and I love Justin.

Yeah, I'm not fond of Holly either. William is the dad, right? And I will be watching next Sunday for the dinner table scene, I love those!!

Does anyone know why Balthazar Getty is leaving the series?

I mean obviously they just threw his character in prison...but is there a reason the actor is leaving?

I seriously wanted to slap Robert & Kitty in the face....Robert for being so caught up in the election...he is already a Senator who ran for President!!! Come on....there are better things that Governor...isn't that a step down? In Florida, you run for Governor and then Senator!

I understand Kitty had an emotional day, but basically saying you are going to split up with your husband because he is being stupid? Come on! You have a baby to care for!

I seriously thought Holly was going to hurt Elizabeth...I was so freaked out!

I recall hearing there was tension after Balthazar was caught cheating on his wife (and mother of his 4 kids) with Sienna Miller -- I think he met Sienna through one of the other guy costars and that costar was really mad or something... I think the shine just came off his star both with the public and with the cast, they're not killing him off, so maybe he'll come back. I think he's a dink for cheating on his wife & kids, but I've always liked him as an actor.

Oh yea...forgot about that....I agree, I have always liked him as an actor, but cheating on wife and kids...not a good thing!

I really like Rebecca. I think she's my favorite character on the show.

I love Rebecca...but after last night I was screaming when she let Ryan in the house...:eek:

I would just like to watch one episode of this show that didn't feature a massive, blow-out, yelling match.

I don't think that will ever happen. Sally Field always gets the Emmy nominations for this show. This time, I think it should be Calista Flockhart. She was great last night. All through tonight's episode, I kept wondering "Where is Sarah??" I couldn't, for the life of me, remember where the heck she was.

Last episode they said she was off in France for business developement or something, so I guess she's taking a few episodes off.
