I saw Guy Fieri on Dinners, Drive-Ins and Dives eat fried Scrapple a couple of nights ago. It looked pretty good and he raved about it. I always thought Scrapple was pigs brains but evidently I was way off base. This was cooked and boiled pork parts made in a type of mush or pudding. I would eat it but being from the South I will eat virtually anything if it is fried.

But....What is "puddin"?

Growing up (also in the South), I typically heard scrambled brains and eggs referred to as scrapple.

^^^ For some reason the "pot pudding" doesn't sound so bad. I would give it a try. My wife uses turkey parts in her dressing and it is delicious.

lol - I know many people who would be extremely disappointed by that kind of "pot" pudding. :p

Okay I don't get it...in the past week, we've had

- a girl who introduced herself as a "future KD" and was named Kadee because her mom was obsessed about being a KD in college
- a girl who wants to bring Tri Delta to her university because she liked what she saw the the website
- a girl who wants to "start a Kappa Kappa Gamma" at her college and signs as "your future hopeful sister"
- a girl who is "entitled" to initiation and thinks shes being hazed
- a girl who wants to know if her sorority is known for hazing
(I think there's one or two more I'm missing...)
