Climbed stairs over and over again while doing laundry and taking out the recycling & trash.

48 laps in the pool today- about 1/3 of it butterfly plus lots of speed interval work. Right now I am incredibly sore, but already look forward to doing it again Friday.

Lately- for a few of us, an evening on GC is definitely a workout routine. Lots of typing and lots of swinging arms and screaming. I took a pass on that workout today, and glad I did.

Edit- Oh cool, what a great 1000th post! Being a smartass imparting a grain of truth about GC life. Awesome.

90 minutes on the elliptical (backwards and forwards), two leg machines, one bicep machine, 200 crunches and 50 of those damned leg lifts.

Quick 3 mile run on my lunch hour today. I've been staying up late to watch the olympics and then sleeping late, so I haven't been getting up in the mornings. So I guess getting sweaty in the middle of the day and then having to go back to work is appropriate punishment. ;)

(Although it's ridiculously cool here for August, just 80 degrees at noon and overcast, and only 51% humidity which is good for us!)

1 hour of racquetball followed by a 30 minute full body workout. Glad to be indoors today- it hit 102 this afternoon here.

I ran/walked 4 miles! Yay! I'm up to 4! I'm still trading off running 2 minutes and walking 1, but I'm feeling good and getting better. I'm running a half-marathon on Oct 19, btw!

Yikes sage- sorry about the back. Do you ever swim? Works wonders.

32 laps for me this morning- speed intervals and I had to stop because bad leg cramps struck again. Very frustrating. I hope to find time to go back this afternoon and finish up.
