Jess came to visit Rory, and gave her a copy of the book he wrote and has gotten published. He tells her that she believed that he could do it and thank you.
That coupled with feeling smothered by Emily prompts her to get her butt into gear and get a job, which she does by hanging out there until the editor says yes he will meet with her and give her an interview (actually quite amusing)

As much as I love this show, I'm glad tonight is a rerun so I spend time doing other stuff and not taping it.;)

With all the running around and working late this week, I'm glad that I'm not missing anything I haven't already seen!

did rory go back to college this semester? i missed last week's episode.

Was there a new episode last week? I coulda sworn they replayed her 21st birthday.

Anyway, the last episode I saw showed Rory begging professors to be let into their classes.

She's Paris' #2 on the Yale newspaper staff. Because of this, the staff goes to Rory with their concerns about Paris the dictator, but everything backfires when Paris lashes out at them.

Tonight's epi should be GREAT.

I didn't really get the last 10 minutes. One second E and R are yelling at each other and at R and L and the next minute they're joking about the whole Huntzberger incident at the DAR event???

Is it wrong that I think Rory is hot this year?

The previews definitely made it LOOK like Rory is pregnant.... But I kinda think that would be too obvious. I would hate to see them use such a predictable story line. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the elopement. :D

Did they show scenes for the next episode or something? I missed the part that hints at Rory being pregnant and/or eloping, and I watched the whole episode. I may have missed a preview of the next show, though.

But is anyone else confused by the 2nd newest episode (not last night's, not the rerun from last week, but the week before)? When did Lane and Zack break up, and when did Lane move back into the house? When did Logan break up with Rory through his sister? Was all of this aired on a different WB station and the one in Tallahassee just forgot to play an episode? My sister who was watching it in Boston and I were completely confused that week. Although it was hilarious when Lane and Mrs. Kim had a drink together.
