In a strange kinda way, I understand what she was saying. Cuz you really don't get wet like you do when it rains. :o :D

It wasn't a fluffy kind of snow. It was a slushy kind of snow, the kind when rain changes into snow.

A relative of mine offered me three cans of salmon in his cabinet. I told him I wasn't interested and suggested he try another relative, to which he replied, "I'm trying to get some money for it or a trade." When I asked him where he got them from, his response was -- a local food pantry.

Also, last December his phone was out, and since his home and my job are in the same city, he cultivated a habit for showing up at my office unannounced. One of these dreaded visits last year was during our floor's holiday party, which I had not told him about and which he did indeed stay for -- I was so embarrassed! Since then, he has bugged me all year about whether we're doing it again (today I found out the planned date)! :rolleyes: I hope to hold him off by saying it isn't in the budget this year. ;)

I saw this guy on the train with an 8 Ball jacket on. And he had the nerrrrrrrrrve to look at his reflection in the window of one of the train doors. :eek: :o Them thangs went out of style when I started high school......
