Another addict here!

Even though right now in the middle of moving hell, I am checking GC daily for my fix.

I can't wait for all the threads to get into full force. And unlike last year, this year and I am in between jobs so, lack of employment will equal more GC! :D

Hi, my name is SigmaDiva. I am a NPC rush thread addict. I am amazed by the whole NPC recruitment / bid process. I always pull for pnms to find their happy home. :)

I'm also new to GC, and having a daughter going through rush in less than a week:) , I find myself an addict as well. I just wish there was such a thing as the internet (or computers for that matter) 25 years ago! The information given here is priceless. Thanks to whomever started this.

Hey, Lady!! How are you?? I've been rather inactive with GC, and a lot of things, but am hoping to get back in the swing of things. I hope all is well with you, and, that goes for my other friends I had once upon a time on GC...hi again!! :)

Well, I am getting my fix again today.

Ladies and Gentlemen please recruit more pnm's to post their "rush" thread today. Yes, this means you. I realize these young ladies are busy preparing for recruitment and are planning and making decisions that are going to effect the rest of their lives. . . . :p

But what about us, what about the addicts :cool: . . . we need to know what is going to happen . . . we need to answer questions about what the university of state does on the second night of recruitment . . . we need to give advise about what they should wear . . . :confused:

Ok that is all for now . . . but, heres to you - carnation nation and dgdramadawg for realizing that we need updates - and here is to you all of you greek mothers out there that give us little tidbits of what your daughters are going through. Yep, me, too. I found you all last year when my own daughter was rushing. Now she is, as she puts it, in girl jail until rush is over. So I get to hear about rush from her perspective this year, as a rusher instead of a rushee:p

We moved my daughter into her dorm today - utter chaos, but good chaos. Great roommate whom she had never met before except thru text messaging and facebook - great rapport with parents. Huge recruitment in a midwest Big 12 school - 1100+ girls w/ 13 sororities. 102 degree temps, pre-rush stuff tonight, with 13 party first round tomorrow. Probably won't hear from our PNM until after parties tomorrow. Daughter going thru with very open mind even though fraternity brother keeps trying to put his 2 cents in. All's good though, and I probably won't sleep as well as my daughter will. Thanks so much for this forum and good luck to all PNM's, Mom's, Dad's, brother's, friend's etc. Here's to a great Rush for all!!!!
