LOL

I have to admit, I laughed when someone made the statement along the lines of...

If I'm drunk I don't want a brother who's gay to take me home because he could take advanatge of me....

Why do people think that because someone is gay that they want to hop on top of EVERYONE who is of the same sex??? They probably don't find their brothers or sisters attractive, so GET OVER YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't understand it. I would think that if someone who was gay wanted to be Greek, it would be to form bonds of friendship... not to get into their brothers or sisters pants...

I am friends with someone who is gay who informed me the school he went to in New England had a lot of people that were closet gays and involved in fraternities... Where I went to school, people were very open about their sexuality, it all depends what school your at.

To the person who started this post, good luck to you. Remember, there are those out there who can and will accept you and your lifestyle, but be aware there are still those who don't or won't understand you. For them it is truly their loss. I wish you much luck and patience.

Hi shultzz

If homosexuals are really attracted to members of the same sex then how come many gay couples seem to have one masculine person and one feminine person?

That's an interesting question and something I've often wondered about myself. I don't know either. Even more bizzare are female impersonators and drag queens. Why would someone want to see a guy dressed up as a woman? I don't get it any more than you do.

Damasa, I didn't mean to single you out. I keep hearing about some kind of gay lifestyle, but I've never heard of a straight lifestyle. I don't get that either; it all seems rather meaningless.

Because they are the definition of 'homophobic'.

KRX and Tom are right. Guys join fraternities for the brotherhood no matter if they are gay or straight. I've never come on to a brother or even wanted to. Sure, I've thought a few were good-looking or even cute, but I'll bet most of the straight guys recognized that too - they just won't come right out and say it.
