For one, no one, Irish or Wolverine, should be excited about that pathetic game. Not ONE actual touchdown and way too many turnovers (thank you dumbass Denard). EVERYONE should be embarrassed by that game.

Heh. I'm an Ohio State graduate, and it is ALL about how Michigan does. I'm pretty sure that many Michigan grads keep a close eye on how MSU and OSU are doing also.

The last time I checked, the objective of the game is not based on who gets the first touchdown. The objective of the game is to win.

This is a fun thread, and the bashing is all in fun. Whatever kind of fan I choose to be is entirely up to me. Whether I choose to bash Michigan or not is also entirely up to me, and I will continue the bashing (in a fun way) with or without your negative, unnecessary comments. :)

A team can be on top today, and on the bottom tomorrow. Such is life --no biggie. The last four years, State has been on top of Michigan. I'm hoping that this year we make it five. Gooooo State!


You guys have more of a rivalry with Blue than we do. I mean, Ohio State and Michigan's rivalry history goes way back. A lot more than State's and Michigan's. I mean, I know it's early in the season, but you guys are undefeated, so far. My undergrad college (Minnesota) is too, along with Northwestern. Should be an interesting season. :)

EMU being ahead of any team in any game is the equivalent of a win. I can say that because I went there :P We totally feel like we won.

I thought it was just those on my friends list but it seems that every Michigan fan I know says the same thing. Of course we all look at the scores. Of course we all watch the games (if they aren't on at the same time). The difference is that State fans will find any little thing to rip on Michigan about. It's a rivalry, that's awesome. It'd be boring without one. I didn't see one "Go Green" on Saturday from those State fans. It was all about how Michigan lost to Notre Dame. Even State players were yelled at by Dantonio a few weeks ago for tweeting about Michigan getting stomped by Alabama. (because any one of us thought Michigan would actually win?)

The funny thing is that State fans were so quick to rip on Michigan for struggling against Air Force. Fair enough. It was yet another sick and pathetic game. Yet laugh about how they struggled against EASTERN, who they should've stomped, and it's "Oh but Michigan can't beat State". Once this Dick Rod crew is gone and Michigan has a quarterback who actually knows how to be a quarterback, I have faith that they'll be strong and start kicking ass like they used to.
