I am just getting hooked on Pinterest recently. I had an account for a while now, but I never was really active on it. I love making Greek Gifts (decorative paddles, signs, mostly wood stuff) and I love to see the creative ideas people use!!! It's addicting as I love fashion and sports, too!

So with the new maps feature on Pinterest these days, I converted DG's "Sweet Home Delta Gamma" board into a mapped board. I think it's really cool to see the houses of DG shown this way - the differences in region is pretty interesting.

I have a work Pinterest page. They say (yes, THEY) that Pinterest moves more travel business than any other social media. Unfortunately, I've let it go for the last several months. Once I'm fully settled in that has to go back up on my priority list. Add that to reinvigorating my blog and my work Facebook page.

True story, I got my "fun side job" from Pinterest (well, my friend's mom with an event planning company saw my Pinterest account.) Now I do some event planning consultations with her clients on the side (kind of help them bring their visions to paper.)

I got on Pinterest a few months ago. But, other than creating a board of things you think are pretty, I don't really see the point.
