I used to be a very involved dancer before college. I did Irish tap, jazz, lyrical classes & pointe classes. I even threw in a random short-lived hip hop class (I can't hop very hippily i guess lol)

This is also me. Which amuses some of my more perverted guy friends to no end.

Is that the reason for your username?

Speaking of singing, I desperately wish I could sing. I have a small musical background (I took piano lessons for 2 years and clarient for 4...I can still read and pick up songs on the piano). But I just really, really wish I could sing, and I always have. When I was younger, like 10-12ish, I thought I was a really good singer (I'm not terrible, I can carry a tune, but I'm not good either) and my cousins and I tried to start a band. Okay, not a band, but one of those pop girl groups. We were called JNG (our initials, LOL) and we seriously thought we were going to be famous. We picked our favorite songs, I printed lyrics off the Internet, and we would record ourselves using the crappy mic that came with our computer and the "Sound Recorder" application.

The girl group dream has since faded, LOL But serioulsy, I still wish I could sing. :(

Offline, I am painfully shy and rarely speak my mind. I have to work really hard to engage in small talk or talk to people I don't know well. I also loathe making telephone calls. A lot of people mistake my shyness for being a snob or a bitch.*

Despite my social shyness, I have only had stage fright once. If I have a purpose or an agenda, for example, performing in a play or a film, or giving a presentation or running a meeting, I'm quite confident.

*Online, people might also think I'm a snob or a bitch, but I really have no ill intent. People often mistake my tendency to ask questions as criticizing them, when the truth is, I'm just trying to understand the entire story. It's the journalist in me. I play devil's advocate often without realizing it.

--I transferred to Illinois State University in the Fall of 2005 (sophomore year) but dropped out after only a month and transferred back to USF. At the time I was a GDI interested in greek life and I practically lived at the AGD house because an old high school friend was a sister..she took me out partying every night lol!

YESSSSSS!!!! This is definitely me! I'm alright talking to *some* of my friends for long periods of time, but I rather just stick to texting to everyone else.

It's always a fight when I'm dating/seeing someone, because they want that method of communication, and I don't like it. Send me a text, lets go out to the park something...just don't call me! lol
