Oh, well I didn't see that. Well, it's not based on the movie, it's just that Batman is just a human being, nothing more. So, I was just using common sense. Plus, he is so lame, to me. I don't know why so many people like him.

Of course, they already tried to make an Avengers movie, and, well... with all due credit to Uma Thurman, there is only one Mrs. Peel, and that's Diana Rigg.

I love that show. Stupid Uma Thurman.

Oh that's rght.

I'm just saying, because of my geographic loyalties, I have to vote for Batman. Batman is still a hero without the Batmobile - Tony Stark is a wimp in a suit without his Ironman suit.

and you forgot ....he's a drunkard also...Bruce Wayne is a psycho dead parent issues.....heheheh

I'm just saying, basically, Ironman tried to be Batman 2.0 and I don't know how people are buying that they're different stories.

And don't you like the pictures of the beloved CBOT? Live-in works there sometimes (he rotates between 3 buildings in the loop) and he said the traders were pissed as hell when The Dark Knight was shooting here because they weren't allowed to go out front to smoke.

k_s OMG DIE.

Nah uh you can't back out on that one....each example you used was based on the movie characteristics which is faulty at best especially knowing how many changes are made to suit the movie audience...when you go to do these one on ones you have to be at least familiar with their history including any crossovers that occurred...

He's similar, just more techy and he's open about his identity. Marvel's answer to Batman (though I'm not sure when in the timeline both showed up) but they've been fundamentally different in modern times.

Batman is popular BECAUSE he's human. He fights and beats people with super-human powers (no, not in the new movies, those are intentionally more realist) and it makes you believe that you could do it too. It's why Superman is so fundamentally boring. He's good and perfect and unbeatable.

I don't care - anyone from here or who has been here recognizes that as the Board of Trade. I used to have an office that looked eye to eye with Ceres on top - gorgeous.

Which is why I was so glad that DC toned him down...Superman was just unbeatable but when they retconned him back in the late 80s, he was getting his butt whupped every other week...

What was really cool was the idea that DC used with a storyline this past year when they finally brought back 100K of his kin and put them on a planet called....wait for it.........New Krypton!

Huh? Daemon, I wasn't trying to back out. Seriously. I was just comparing the two based on what they have to fight with, not really on the movie. Batman is just a human being, and the movie and comics and everyone else makes him out to be this "most powerful super guy" who is only a normal human being. If I was an expert shooter and I shot Batman in the mouth, he would be history. He's only protected by armor, but his mouth is still exposed. If I took a shot at Spiderman, he would be hard to hit.
