That's why you don't know every grown woman in the world. ;)

Last night's episode was interesting. Both Jennifer and her ex-husband are losers. What's up with her having a music video? Yiiiikes.

I agree with Evelyn. Chad Ochocinco has no business having personal (not business) interactions with women who want to be with him. I am a strong proponet of platonic friends of the opposite sex but ONLY if they are platonic friends and ONLY if you don't have to keep secrets or lie to your significant other. I casually tell my significant other when I hang out with my female friends so I would never not divulge when I hang with my male friends.

I got a good chuckle at how flabbergasted Jennifer was on having a drink thrown in her face, after she threw the first one.

That was the best moment of the show.

I have a feeling that she is going to deal with that a lot since it's obvious that he doesn't get it.

Eric is definitely the bigger loser. "You're nothing. You'll be 40 in 3 years..." Does this mean I'll soon be washed up? I didn't get the memo. He's obviously hurting and is still in love with Jen but that was uncalled for and nasty.

I agreed w/ Evelyn too, but felt bad about it because she, and her girls generally, act like 8 year olds. She just happened to swerve into "rightness" on this one.

My gf and I have had the "friend" debate/discussion. I trust her, but not hte dudes who would generally call themselves friends. Of course, she tells me I'm tripping until I flip the script and ask how cool she'd be with me hanging out with female friends. Then, magically, she sees the point more clearly. :)

And I'm so glad I don't ... :D And, I completely agree with you about Evelyn's justification in asking Chad about this woman. But because he claimed that this was "a problem" for him tells me that she's going to be getting jealous a lot more often. If she's just a friend "from the past", why couldn't he mention it to his new fiancee? Chad is exactly what Jennifer said he is, ... and attention whore. He seems to be more about fun and games than anything else, and would much rather keep her laughing in hopes that she would simply ignore the female friends he hangs with.

And while I feel bad for saying it, ... I loved, Loved, LOVED the drink-in-the-face scene. She had the nerve to be so shocked when she'd just thrown a glass herself. What was funnier was her very fake and slow-motioned attempt at retaliation: "I will F*CK you up ..." Of course, she had to be held back by one of the producers before she REALLY got violent. LMFAO!!!!! Good ol' Jennifer. Keepin' it real.

When keeping it real goes wrong :p

I have to agree. Both sides shouldn't have to resort to throwing their drinks at each other.

Since no one else has, I guess I'll start this thread back up again ... :)

WOW! Isn't it ironic that the very last post in this thread involved the infamous drink (or two) being thrown by Jennifer and her ex?

Now, during this new season for our viewing pleasure, we witness the throwing of at least ONE bottle and a plate across Shaunie's head by Evelyn. Welcome to the new season of Basketball Wives (regardless of how late ... :D).

Alright, ... that's it, I LOVE EVELYN! Hands down. She is, by far, the most loyal and REALEST person for just making the statement, "You don't judge a b**** just because she don't got the same sh** you got!! You don't DO that!!!"

Wouldn't have said it quite like that, but certainly agree. :)

I knew who the 3 were before I even scrolled to that section. Royce's part has gotten smaller, Jennifer had the suing thing, and Kesha has sense, so I figured that would happen.

Me too. But, I honestly thought Kenya, of all people, would be axed before Kesha. I certainly wouldn't consider her "too boring" at all. We didn't get a chance to see her in her element often enough thanks to Tami's insanity.

I'm confused though: I thought Shaunie was ready to call the show quits because of all the drama. But the very people she decided to keep, are the ones who go ham on everybody. How is this a more "balanced" show? To refer to Kesha as "too boring", it tells us all that Shaunie knows that drama is what keeps her show on the air, so she settled for the drama-queens.

knight_shadow 06-15-2012 02:55 AM

Kesha somewhat reminded me of Meeka (seeing through the show's BS), so that why I knew she wouldn't last on there. As you said, "drama" is what folks tune in for each week.

This ...

Or either, Shaunie decided to keep the girls who kissed up to her the most. (And Meeka was a little two-faced ... :p )
