Okay, the pms I got suggest that recs were supposed to have been saved from fall but you can't count on it so if you know a PNM who's rushing again, check with the chapters or write a new one. I guess the Carnation rec machine will be springing into action again...

Bumping since I think things have started this week!
|
Yep, a PNM I know has already attended the first round of parties. They get their invitations at about 5 tomorrow. I can't wait to hear where she's going back!
|
Question:
All the schedule says for Round 2 is that PNMs will attend 30 minute parties at the chapters which invite them back. How many can a PNM be invited back to? Could they possibly invited back to all 17 chapters for Round 2? Do they have a max # that they can return to like formal recruitment? The only round I see with a max number is Round 3. |
What a local Zeta said: that the girls were told that they might be invited to a maximum of 17 groups but that it was highly unlikely.
|
Anybody heard anything?
About how many girls are participating? What kind of quota range are we talking about? |
I was told that there are 200 girls participating and that quota will be about 10.
|
Update: quota is now 8. There are 17 sororities so if quota was set by the number of girls attending prefs, that's 156 at prefs?

Thanks for the information! |
Update to the update: quota is now 11. Bids are distributed tomorrow.

This is kind of a random question, but if there's an informal with a quota and a group doesn't match 11, does that mean then have open places even if they are above total? |
I heard that some of the larger groups only preffed 6 - 8 girls, so I am wondering if the groups that were over total were allowed to take quota?

UGA Recruitment
Reports from two groups are:
ZTA 11 new members Tri Delta 11 new members |
Pi Beta Phi 11!!!
Yeah!!!! |
Sounds like some good results are in.
Anyone know how many girls were placed overall or how it went for the groups below total? |
