I AM SOOOOOOO HAPPY!!! They look great!
|
Dr. Benton could get it.
|
He and Dr. Ross could really get it.
|
ewwwww Dr. Ross look like a grandpa.
Dr. Benton look like slick Uncle Willie. |
Sean Connery is a grandpa but he's still sexy for a senior. George Clooney will always be able to.get.it.
Dr. Benton still got the earring in the ear. Sweet. |
LOL!
The earring just sets it all off, Ed Bradley style. (R.I.P.) |
Wow - so many cameos, and yet Carol & Doug don't know that they helped get a kidney for John Carter. Dr. Benton is sooo cool - but they all are.
Don't ever say George Clooney has lost it. My heart is pitter-pattering right now! :D |
^^^ For what it's worth, Dr. Ross never did anything for me, so I'll let you ladies have your moment :D
|
Dr. Benton was always so protective over Carter. The end scene...AWWWWWWW!!! :crying:
|
It was fun to see Carol, Dr. Ross, and Dr. Benton,
|
This was definitely worth the wait!! What a great episode. I do wish that Carol & Doug had found out that Carter was getting the kidney, too. It was wonderful to see them so happy together FINALLY!
|
I thought that was an excellent episode. Susan Sarandan did a nice job with her small part, too.

I actually watched this episode online....I loved it....I loved how Benton was telling the doctor what do....it was just like when Carter was his student!

Hijack... Hey stranger! I have missed seeing you on GC. I hope everything is going well. /end hijack |
I too was bummed that Doug and Carol didn't find out that Carter was the one receving the kidney. But..... It was very cool to see Doug and Carol married and happy. Yeah!!!
Loved seeing Dr. Bention. That was pretty cool. I had a feeling he wouldn't not be able to watch the surgery, considering all the Benton and Carter have been through. And someone please tell me how Reese can be 13 considering the show is in it's 15th season and Reese wasn't born in season 2. Tess and Kate were born 10 years ago this November, so that would have been S5, I think Reese was born like the last couple of episodes of S3. Wouldn't he be more like 11? |

I don't know for sure, I have only been watching every once in a while for the past year or so! |

I was really kind of disappointed in tonight's show... till that last minute!!! YEAH! That was wonderful, didn't see that coming!
Did I miss Haleh putting a lot of her weight loss back on this season? She sure looks like she has gained weight. Makes me sad for her. |
I noticed that tonight also. She has some of her old weight back on, but I don't think she is as heavy as she once was.
No kiss between Neela and Ray? At least they get their happily ever after. |

Thanks! |
Yaaaaaaaay! I am very happy with that ending for Neela. I always thought they belonged together.
I liked that they kept the hospital and location unknown until the last minute (though I had a feeling she was headed to be with Ray). |
Okay, I was surprised that Neela didn't leave her nameplate next to that of her late husband, Gallant. But I was thrilled with the look between her & Ray. I think it would have been a better juxtaposition, saying goodbye to County (Gallant) and starting a new life (Ray).
The Ghandi pinata had me questioning Frank's sanity! I thought it was a very healthy way for Neela to move on, and also for Abby to do a brief cameo. Kudos all around - except that announcement of "over two more episodes" came much too often! |
ACK! ER is DONE next week???!??!?? I'm not ready to let go! It's toooo sooooonnn!!
|
I absolutely cannot believe that the FINAL episode of ER is next week! It's soooo sad!!!
|
I was a little let down by the second to the last ER, but the previews from next week? It looks as if the pediatric wing that John Carter built will be opening, and all of the cast alumnae will be back.
I am so not ready for the last episode. :( |
I think it is the opening of the new AIDS wing built in memory of his son, Joshua, by the Carter family foundation.

I DON'T WANT ER TO GOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! |
Just watched Neela's departure.
Damn wall. :( |
LAST EPISODE!!
How are planning to get ready for The Big Night?
Interesting link: ER Remembered. "Nervous, Carter submits to a videotaped interview for a documentary film about emergency care in the 21st century. Carter can't believe that he started at County 15 years ago as a med student -- it's mind-blowing. Although it never gets easier, and is sometimes the loneliest place in the world, sometimes the ER presents exactly what's needed." That first show that reeled us in and kept us watching for 15 years. Do you realize that people who will start college in the fall would only have vague memories (if any) of life without ER? |
Thank god for DVR!! The b/f's parents may be coming into town tonight so I'll make sure not to read this thread until I watch it!
|
I am HOPING I get checked into my hotel in time to watch it tonight!
