Huh, and I was lying, but I still might be old enough to be your mother.

Anyway on another board conk was used in the clowning to imply that he was a stuck back in the day. He was also the one who referred to his hairstyle as a mullet.

I forgot to mention something. I saw a post that another member posted that she doesn't like. I'm surprised I didn't bring this up, because I can't stand it when a women calls me "boo" or "poo bear". I hate that &@!$% with a passion. I like either my 1st name, "honey", "sweetheart", "dear", "love", "babe", "baby", or"darling". If a girlfriend ever called me boo or poo bear, I might would have to call it quits, if she didn't stop calling me those names. Just more ghetto terminology.

lol yeah i understand where your coming from with the bracelet thing im just saying alot of the men around where im living look down on me and other women because we are so conservative. i mean i had a man call me uppity because i was wearing a dress to brunch. where is the love lol?!?! i just dont see the need for me to show my goodies for some dude to drool all over me. but it seems like every time i show my smart side i get scolded. i just respect the fact that there is atleast one man that respects conservative women. it makes me feel less like some type of outsider.

I respect all women, I just have more respect for the conservative women. That's odd that a man would find it negative because you're intelligent.:confused: The fact that you dress nice, I think that's cool. A lot of men do like to see the goodies. I always say leave something to my imagination. I think you may be hanging out at the wrong places if you're running into guys that want to see you dress in a provocative way.

Outsider? LMAO. I know what you mean. When I was in undergrad, the guys on our campus loved it when a woman would dress fast. Most of them did dress fast on our campus so there really wasn't a variety to choose from. I used to get laughed at when I would tell them what kind of women I liked, so I'm with you on the outsider thing. Hey, don't change the way you are though. Be you. If the men you run into don't like it, then move on to the next until you find one that likes and respects you for you.:)

I don't know why you post like you are in some class all by yourself. There are a lot of men who feel just like you. You're not the only one. Most of the men who have expressed an interest in being in any committed relationship usually want the same things that you do. They don't want to see the woman that they want to come home to everyday walking around with her goodies exposed for the world to see.

I'm aware that I live in the real world so I'm not trying to escape reality. This thead is about what Nupes like in women, I'm just posting what the thead is asking. My past relationships involved women that came from jacked up backgrounds, and all I'm saying is I refuse to get involved with women like that.

Heeey, slow your roll there bookie poo poo. I had a pooh bear once--when I was like, 15. :rolleyes: I definitely wasn't "ghetto" at that age. Besides, there was a story behind that, so it actually meant something. Therefore, I claim exemption.

For real though, the last guy I dated continually called me "Baby" and "Baby girl" even though I repeatedly asked him not to. I HATE THAT MESS!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: IMO, "baby girl" is what you call your daughter, not your equal. For heaven's sake, my dad and my man CANNOT have the same nickname for me. It's more the principle that anything. If you know I hate it and you can't respect my wish to be called by my name, what else are you not going to respect? It was a warning sign to me--one of many. o.k. Then you and I have certain names we don't like to be called. You don't like to be called baby girl (if I were a woman I wouldn't either) and I don't like to be called what I mentioned previously.(pooh, bookie, mookie, boo, whatever, whatever, whatever) The fact of the matter is I HATE THAT SH... You broke up with the guy for calling you baby girl, and for not respecting your request, and I avoid women that use the names I don't like. I'm not calling YOU ghetto, but I sure as hell think those nick names are ghetto. Yup, those names are warning signs to me too. That's what I mean when I say certain items, words, backgrounds, ect send certain signals/warning signs.
