Well I guess everyone is pleased with their families...from now on, i would like to get the names of new members from the membership committee and from there they will be placed in families. (bc what would be the point to being in a family if you weren't a member!) so if anyone who is part of that committee for new intake, please email me so we can set up some kind of system.

forgive me as it is finals week, and i'm very far behind in my school work and such ...
but where is the application for membership - as part of the webpage committee, i'm an alpha member, and i know i have some form to fill out and send in -- but i can't find it! is there any way it can be reposted, or possibly pm or emailed to me -- i totally understand that EVERYONE is busy with school, glo's and the creation of GAMMA CHI anyway - look for a HUGE update after next week on the webpage! once again - if any committies want info on the page, just email me or mai ly (hawaiiagd) i got the email on convention - and that info will be included! |

Listen Folks, I am the Dumbest one on the GC Site! Ask Anyone! I tried to sign up and Conventional Chairman!
I alos found out that I have over 2000 posts that know one reminded me that I was getting CLOSE! But fear not Any and All New GCers, YOU WILL not be excluded! Once3 you got on this Site, You became one of US!!!!!!!! This is like sorting out S*&%, it has to be seperated into some form of piles! If anyof you have been Officers of Your respective Orgs! Oh, and a question about the requirements: I posted on greek chat under another screen name (ThielGirl), and that was more than 6 months ago, and I'm sure I had more than 50 posts. From what I understand, this issue is pretty much over and done with. For those who posted in June and are interested, if you read the threads related to this, the idea kinda got complicated to say the least, and I think in the end, we decided it would be best not to go with it.
However, if you are interested, I might suggest PMing those who were the "heads" of it and see if they are still involved. |

This should be let to die again in my opinion. Gamma Chi served in its short time to divide us more than bring anyone together. Most would agree that it didn't offer anything above and beyond what these message boards already provided. The intent of this was good.. but the actual implementation and the results of it were not. Yea, I thought it was weird for this strand that I've never seen to mysterious pop up out of nowhere 3 months after it's conception...
Sorry to hear the idea didn't work out. :( But after all, isn't Greek Chat *originally* about the ideals set forth in Chi Gamma? Either way, Greek Chat is still here :) |
