Mayo, hot dogs, sushi, any kind of fast food and gravy. All terrible!

Everyone seems to think I've crazy, but I absolutely detest GARLIC!!!! Please keep it away. I hate everything about it! So in most restaurants, I have to be so, so careful about what I order. I've even been to places that put garlic on plain old green beans. Now why would you do that to a perfectly good bean?

I was attacked by one when I was six and my grandfather grabbed it, cut off its head and they served it for dinner that night.

I kow of at least two other people who had the same or very similar experiences, and they don't eat chicken either.

Honest.

WOW ... exactly the same thing happened to my Dad when he was a kid ... and he NEVER ate anything fowl ... so we had both turkey and ham for Thanksgiving and Christmas when I was growing up ...

lol... The only way I ever cook green beans is with garlic and onions. :p

Tomatoes and bananas -- I think it's a texture thing because I like the flavor of both. Banana flavored pudding is great, but the homemade stuff with actual banana pieces makes me squirm. And I'll eat cooked tomatoes but not raw ones -- the slimy seeds get to me.

Jello. Any color. flavor.
It jiggles.
I am not a squishy food fan.
They served jello in the dorms alot. I put some on a spoon, shot it off, and it stuck to the wall. Yes, immature, but serving it, disgusting.

vegemite! :) I love it on sandwiches whenever I can get it.

LucyKKG 12-12-2007 07:02 AM

I don't like tomatoes even though my family grows amazing tomatoes (apparently). I also detest coffee. I don't like it in anything (a drink, ice cream, chocolate, etc.) Just EW!

You like it or you hate it? BTW...I think it's nasty.

PageantDiamonds 12-12-2007 02:40 PM

I would never eat a hot dog, and I don't let my son eat them, either. I also dislike the texture of squash.

I know this isn't a food you eat alone, but I hate mayonaise. It's SO gross, and it makes me gag. I'm getting sick thinking about it.:(

ice cream - I feel like I'm choking on phlegm

I couldn't resist sharing that I thought of y'all when my mother-in-law served aspic at Christmas dinner. Part of my wife's Christmas present to me was to eat a bite or two of mine any time my MIL left the dining room. :D
