This season looks interesting. Christian needed to go home, she was a little too Tyra-obsessed. Monique is crazy. She's really pretty but she is trippin'! I think she is just trying to stay on the show.

Anchal is beautiful and I can't wait to see her flip out on Monique!

I fell asleep. Why did they send Christian home? I liked her.

I also like the 2 girls with short hair (AJ & Megan) which is surprising because I usually don't care for short hair. Who knows whether it will stay that way though, LOL.

And I agree the twins need to go home but before them...MEGG. What the? Why is she there? She's annoying and bland at the same time.

Interesting so far. These girls are decent, nothing more, nothing less. Anchel and Jaeda are the prettiest. Monique had me until she showed out last night. Yeah, there would have been trouble, trouble if it were me. That's why God doesn't put me in these positions. I can't wait to see Anchel show out on Monique...

OK why the stripper girl basically slit her own throat comparing stripping to modeling? And why Tyra had to get all hi and mighty about stripping not being close to modeling:rolleyes: dont yall both gotta take off your clothes

I agree with you these girls coming on here with these self esteem issues.. modeling is not gonna help that one bit...

I could've sworn Tyra (on her talk show) made some comparison between stripping and modeling

As a whole the girls have gone down market since Season 3 when YaYa was robbed

I love how I didn't even watch it but know what's going on, lol. I like the 2 short haired girls too, at least their pictures. I think Jaeda is pretty. Monique is too but if her attitude sucks then she gotta go. I don't know, there's something I like about the twins too. Then again, I didn't see them in action, so I don't know.

What did you all think of the new Tyra Mail format and all of those photos of Tyra adorning the house?

There was an article in the (very short-lived) Radar magazine comparing Tyra & the stuff she does on ANTM to cult leader tactics. It was funny, but it sort of wasn't funny. :p

It looks interesting. They are going to keep Monique because she causes controversy. She is the biggest phony. She said at the beginning that she had "self-esteem" issues because she was the darkest one in her family then she showed her true colors at the house. She could not have put me out my bed. That girl who slept on the bean bag is a sucka.

But yes Monique is a phony. Next week she gets her card pulled, snatched, and shredded by Anchal.

Exactly. You do have to find your own niche in fashion else you will get thrown in the bottom desk drawer.


I hope Anchal realizes how beautiful she really is because if she knew she would win ANTM hands down in my opinion.

I only caught the last 20 minutes, but here are my thoughts:

Anchal's face looks WIERD to me- like all her features are pinched in the middle of this broad expanse of skin. She's pretty, but just odd looking!

Monique- she's no Jade, or Camille, or Robin. Her photo sucked

The twins- so FUG in person, but they look like high fashion models. I could have seen either one of their pictures in Elle.

The others- no impression

I get the feeling that htis crop of girls have watched ALL the seasons and are just trying to play up the things that people liked/hated about past season contestants. It makes them boring. And all the crying? oh please! FAKE!

I was looking on the ANTM site at the CW and one of the girl's pre-gallery pics (the last one) looks like she could be Toni Child's sister!! (Sorry, I don't know her name...)
