Perhaps it is more accurate to say that when one pays online, a payment receipt is emailed almost instantaneously. ANYtime I make a payment online, I get an email confirming my online payment. If you did not get one, and the money was moved out of your bank account or your card was charged - then I would call and check into that!

As a voting advisor, I haven't received this information yet.

The chapter would have received the packet in April- they send one packet per chapter... but copies will also be provided at convention as well.

I would also remind everyone that there can be nominations from the floor- and discussion of candidates on these types of boards could be construed as campaigning which goes against our bylaws... so it's really not allowed on the message boards within Pride Online either.

Check with the Chapter Advisor (if you are not the CA) or your CPD (if you are the CA). I got mine as a CPD and also got the packet for the chapter advisor that replaced me last year - for some reason I've still been getting her mailings. :) Think we finally got that straightened out though! If you aren't the Chapter Advisor, it most likely went to her - I'm thinking it came well before the registration deadline, so they wouldn't have known who the voting advisor was at the time.

Co-sign, as the chapter advisor I received a packet with the voting information and the registration forms. I gave our standards advisor all the information so I bet your chapter advisor still probably has it.

i haven't gotten a confirmation yet, but my roommate for convention told me she got her confirmation and it confirmed me as her roommate, so i guess that's a good sign? odd, but good.

OMG I'm so excited for a multitude of reasons....

1) I don't have to stand at the airport and greet sisters :D:p

2) It won't be 110-115 degrees

3) I didn't have to do any planning of any kind (Brianna is doing a happy dance right now)

4) I get to see Jennie & Andrea again and meet some more GC ADPis!!!

5) I get to meet other sisters!! Can't get much better than that!

6) Did I mention that I don't have to be at the airport greeting people?

(not that it wasn't fun meeting sisters but being at Sky Harbor from 8 until like 4, running (not physically) between terminals to greet large groups of sisters was exhausting, and I'm glad I don't have to do it :D)

Hoo-Yah! I know you are from Arizona, Brianna - I just don't know how you do it. I physically had difficulty breathing in as soon as I stepped out of the airport!

Awwww.... I know that probably was hard on you, but I LOVED it when you greeted me at the airport! That was one of my favorite parts of Convention last time! But now I guess it's time to pass the torch to another sister to perform that duty, huh?

I am getting so excited for Convention! We have to figure out a way that we will recognize each other. Maybe we need to make a list of our "real" names and chapters! What do our Convention veterans think?
