Three Men Re-Arrested in Disappearance of Natalee Holloway
For more info:
http://www.cnn.com/2007/WORLD/americ...est/index.html http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21919572/ http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21919702/ http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,312488,00.html Should note that I was just down there this past week and found just about everyone there on the island, natives as well as visitors, very nice and friendly. Only problem I know of there is a problem driving cars. Starts with having over 55,000 on a rather small island. |

Will have to see how it now plays out. Just thought I would include links to what three different governments tell their citizens about travel to Aruba: http://www.fco.gov.uk/servlet/Front?...=1056724578045 http://www.smarttraveller.gov.au/zw-...w/Advice/Aruba http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_p.../cis_1153.html http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/bgn/22491.htm https://www.cia.gov/library/publicat...k/geos/aa.html |
Lets hope they get is right this time!

I always thought the boys were lying, but something about Van der Sloot is not right. Justice will be served one way or another. Karma can be a b*tch.

Case "closed"
ORANJESTAD, Aruba - Authorities have closed the investigation into the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and do not have evidence to charge anyone, prosecutors said Tuesday.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22312287/?GT1=10645 I'm actually "glad" that this has some closure now. Especially being from the same area as the girl. Sad ending but an ending nonetheless. |
Finally.
But I bet Greta van Susteren can drag it out another year or so. |
Holloway case in the news again!
Not sure if you all have been keeping up with the case or not
http://www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/02/04/...ect/index.html He claims he lied when he admitted to killing her...too bad they do not have capital punishment  |
I honestly think she died of alcohol poisoning. Whether the boys provided the alcohol or not is another story. But I do not think they killed her on purpose. I think she died and they did not know what to do and were afraid of being blamed so they just disposed of the body.

How in the world are you going to admit to something then....oppps that was a lie.

If you are out with someone who falls unconscious because of alcohol poisoning (or anything else), the normal thing to do would be to seek medical help, even if you were afraid it was too late. You wouldn't assume the person was dead and dump the body out at sea and then repeated lie about what happened, would you? |

On another message board I frequent, someone was speculating that maybe he had drugged her and raped her. And then he dumped her into the water to cover his tracks (either she was alive and he dumped her into the water so she couldn't press charges, or she had died or was unwakeable from the date rape drugs and he panicked and dumped her into the water). I haven't really been following the case so I don't know how plausible this theory would be. |

Ah. Elaborate, please and thank you. :) |
