EB's doing just fine. Left him in the care of a sister this weekend to celebrate Dad's 60th in FL. About 30 min before the party started, Dad came home from setting up the clubhouse when my SIL comes out of the bedroom and says one of his cats is making a bad sound. (I've got 2 half-sisters - 13-yr old Himalaya cats!) Dad rushed in to find one of the "girls" was having a heart attack (she had a bad heart)! He tried mouth to mouth and heart massage, but Sushi died in his arms. :( I'm glad he had all of us kids around (that hasn't happened in 4 years) and that he had to go out, to his party. While his party wasn't what he/stepmom planned, I believe this was His plan, to have that blow softened by family and friends gathered around my Dad.
(Other "sis", Sake, went out and sat at Sushi's grave the next day. :( ) |

I have a teacup Yorkie named Roxie. She ever wears a sweatshirt that says "Alpha Delta Pi Legacy". Tehee!

My Tiger plays fetch also. He will bring us back balls, his stuffed animals and most recently has started carrying around a wand with string and a feather on the end toy (it's in one of the pics below). Literally- he will pick it up in the middle and drag the thing around with him. He will find it wherever it is in the house and bring it to us to play with him. And his new sister will chase the feathers as he is dragging it!
New sister... that's right, we got a new kitty a month ago. I just haven't had time to post pics of her before. We named her Maia (pronounced My-ah). It took her a bit to come out of her shell, but now she will follow me around the house and curl up next to me. Tiger and Maia seem to be getting along. They will occasionally wrestle and play tag, but they also spend time napping next to each other on the bed. Here are some recent pics.
