Our mascot was the "engineer" I think.

Brooklyn Tech was always one of my high school's (Stuyvesant) big rivals. Maybe it has something to do with our mascots - who wouldn't want to see a fight between a pirate with a wooden leg and some guys brandishing a T-square!

We were the engineers! I competed against kids from your school back in the day. It was a huge nerd fest and you totally outdid us on the nerd factor in every sport or academic competition haha.

I graduated from Brookville High School in Lynchburg, VA. Their colors are maroon and gold and the mascot is the bee. There were 180 in my class.

I also went to Central Virginia Governor's School for Science and Technology, and their colors are teal and white. There were about 60 seniors and 60 juniors at this school.

A few alumni from BHS are famous. Phil Vasser (the country singer) graduated in the late 80s and is married to my neighbor's daughter. Anthony Clarke (from Boston Common) also graduated in the mid80s. Brandon Inge (catcher for the Detroit Tigers) graduated in the 90s. And for any of you who follow bass fishing, David Dudley, one of the highest paid pro bass fishers, graduated from BHS.
