I usually have a half-yard black and tan on the (rare :( ) occasion that I find myself in Boston. |

I recently have come to like much darker beer, whereas I once turned in disgust...the evolution of a beer-drinker, I presume..not that I very frequently drink much these days...but Sam Smith Oatmeal Stout is brilliant, and I also had a Texas beer that may or may not have been mentioned by the 4 million Texans on here but it was called Old Bastard Ale, I think...and it was great as well. The story was funny too.
http://www.beerme.com/graphics/beermats/3706.jpg edited to add: Has anyone ever tried Sol Beer? If you've ever seen Mexican Soccer, it's one of the big sponsors...it is the absolute worst beer every created. I think someone was trying to prove beer could taste worse than Corona does, and that person created Sol Beer. TERRIBLE! |

Oh, I am so boring - Coors Light.
I like Zima. I remember when it first came out, but wasn't available yet in Texas. The former Mr. tinydancer had made his annual pilgimage to the temple at Golden, CO, and bought some Zima back. A bunch of us were sitting around playing cards and drinking this Zima stuff. I thought "That was pretty good - I believe I'll have another!" After saying that several times, I stood up and fell flat on my ass. I just sat there on the floor and thought "WHAAAAT???" Really crept up on me!!! |
