Ive been reading, I just didn't feel the need to respond once it went off the deep end as I didn't have much to add. Once again, thank you to all who gave actual.advice. we're gearing up for.informal events this spring and are very excited about everything we have planned! Also, we dont live in a climate suitable to bro tanks, but I agree they would not.be flattering for the few "bigger" girls in our chapter (and to clarify, as I never did, we have maybe 5 girls who could truly be considered overweight, everyone else relatively average or smaller, approx chapter size 55 women.)

Informal is a great time to make up some ground. Do everything you can to get as many girls through the door as possible. You can only win over the girls you see! I was never good at seeing potential in girls around campus and that's something I wish I'd worked harder at.
