Hurrah! This is fantastic news!

You're right! I guess that function has been deleted.
Guess you could just copy the list to a new post. What a bother! Maybe we need to protest.

Okay, I have resolved the majority of the comments here. I have a list of notes to myself at the bottom of the list. You all can ignore those, I just didn't want to lose track of them.

I am confused by this (I saw this posted on FB, so I'm not sure who to ask this of), but I swear that Beta Tau only does spring formal. Does anyone know if they changed this year or something? Only two chapters took 39 women (Gamma and Delta Phi, so I don't think it was a chapter letter typo).

I'm waiting on confirmation before I add them to the fall list.

And, if you didn't already know, I'm sad to report that our Vanderbilt chapter relinquished its charter last month.

Question to those more in-the-know than I am: is the chapter closed? The article I read (http://www.insidevandy.com/drupal/node/14853) said that Council would vote in November and deltagamma.org still lists the chapter (http://www.deltagamma.org/chapterloc...ience=*&type=C), but maybe the website is out of date?

If anyone knows, can you please confirm the official status for Vanderbilt?

Titchou 12-16-2010 08:34 AM

Re Vanderbilt chapter - the chapter has voted to relinquish their charter. The 60 day clock started at that point and Council sent out a letter to all initiates of the chapter to notify them and ask for comments. Once that time frame has passed, Council will vote on whether or not to accept this action. Official closing would be some time in January if it passes.

Thanks, Titchou. We'll wait until the new year to hear the official news, then.

Per AGD's recruitment results thread, quota at Alberta was 16; therefore, DG got quota +3 :)

You're quite welcome :). I think it helps that I'm nosy and really into stats and such (like this list). I figured if anyone else out there is like me then they'd want the info. too.

Good thing the Spring list is usually shorter...

Hey dukedg, will you have time to do a 2011 thread? I hope so!
Thank you for doing previous years' they're very helpful! (and often beat "official" news!);)

Yup! I usually put it together over fourth of July weekend, so I'll be harassing you all for help with dates shortly. I love getting all the updates from DGs everywhere (and non DGs who help us out too).
