I'm the opposite way, I think some of the arcs have gone of WAY too long. I'm glad though a lot was put out on the table this episode. I've been in Mr. Shu's shoes recently (albeit on a much smaller scale) and died during that song.

But isn't that because they didn't really have a relationship? Heck, they didn't even really like each other. They recognized pretty quickly that they were in it for the wrong reasons -- Rachel for a little attention and to forget about Finn, and Puck to be more Jewish for his mom and to forget about Quinn. I think it would have been hard to keep that interesting very long.

You know, as a Glee fan who doesn't watch religiously (or even consistently for that matter), I see this as one of its benefits. I don't have to watch every week since each episode has a stand alone quality to it.

Being the non-consistent Glee-watcher I am, I thought I had just missed the resolution of this plot. Have they really just abandoned that whole story line?

They haven't abandoned it, more like swept it under the rug for the time being.

So that it can crawl back out when the time is right.

And it still peeks out from time to time -- it's why Shu's wife was complaining about the rash on her belly last night. She has to have excuses for him not to see or feel her belly.

One thing that I noticed that I kind of like is the fact that when the previous episodes are recounted it always focuses on the story line that relates to the newer episode. Which is pretty helpful since sometimes episodes focus on story lines long forgotten; like recounting Quinn's baby drama/her being a member of the chastity club (or baby-gate as one of them called it) to prepare everyone for the episode where she tells her parents.

p.s. I am absolutely in love with this show (and Puck for that matter).

I'm really wondering how Shu's wife is going to pull this off since she is supposed to be "farther" along in her fake "pregnancy" than Quinn is. It's not like you can postpone a due date for 6-8 weeks. I know it's supposed to be a comedy and whatnot, but come one.

Yeah, some things go on too long (Quinn not telling her parents about her pregnancy, Quinn not telling Finn that Puck is the father, Mrs. Shu's fake pregnancy) but some things don't go on long enough (development of Puck/Rachel's relationship or Wheels/Stuttering girl's relationship). Whatever, I'm still a fan and now my mom watches it!

Don't forget that there is money to be made in syndication (as long as the show is around long enough to go into syndication), so they need one show plots since they may not be shown in order in syndication.

If all the plots were over multiple shows, then they couldn't have a single episode stand on it's own- and then it's harder to sell. Which is one reason you don't see soaps on syndication (other than soap opera network).

No kidding, hasn't Will wanted to feel his baby kick?

As for Quinn, I loved the show last night, but I'm not happy about her moving in with Finn and Mom (although that scene was great, made me tear up). At this rate - she'll never tell him he's not the father!!

I almost thought it was going to come out at the parent's house when Finn told them that they'd never had sex. I wish the dad or mom had caught that statement and questioned them, then the truth would have come out, and it would have made for a great scene!

I don't think she will ever tell him or wants to tell him. It'll come out some other way, especially now that Mercedes knows.

I'm picturing a song where the truth is told, similar to the "Having my Baby" solo by Finn, which made me laugh out loud.

Can you guys just imagine the show where Quinn gives birth? The song and dance routines taking place in the waiting room as well as the labor room will be priceless!

I thought her mom heard him say that? Didn't she tell him to stop lying?
