I heard in the civil case she's only asking for $75,000, he should just issue her a check now. Besides her issue was more or less her character, I mean i'm not sayin that she could not have been raped but I am saying that having sex with someone after you have been raped b4 you even go to the police is just a little odd but that's just me. $75,000.00 is the jurisdictional limit (the floor) when you file a complaint in federal court. You must say on the cover sheet of the complaint that you are seeking at least $75,000.00. Of course you can be awarded or settle for much more (or less).
