I did an hour of Group Power yesterday. This is the first time I tried that class. I really liked it. http://www.quantumfitness.ca/programs/power.asp

I have not done Body Combat yet, but I love Body Flow and I enjoy Body Attack. Particularly when I can do Attack immediately followed by Flow.

Last night, I did a yoga class
Today it will be a workout DVD

Cool- thanks Scandia. I need to find some other stuff to do besides my usual routines and these look interesting.

Very sore today after yesterday- too sore to go all out doing any one thing. So did a 1.33 mile run and then swam 20 laps.

Today I went to the gym for about an hour. I did 10 minutes on the bike, 15 minutes of ab exercizes, and 35 minutes on an elliptical. Then I came home and went for about a mile walk around the neighborhood (very nice and relaxing)

Ouch that does! Hope you are better today. I used to get bad migraines every few months as a child.

30 minute faced paced full body workout today followed by a 1 hour racquetball lesson.

ThetaPrincess24 08-06-2008 07:24 PM

I ran one mile, trail walked 1 mile, and piddled in the yard/gardens.

2 mile run this evening. My pace is definitely picking up (I only started running again regularly a few weeks ago), but frustrating I cannot get more distance. My one-time trainer and current nutritionist told me today that when we get cooler weather I should get a lot more progress on distance. Here's hoping...

DoctorD 08-07-2008 10:01 PM

10 minute mile on aerobic setting on elliptical, followed by Body Flow.

Moved my daughter into her dorm....that counts right?
