I used to use Bare Minerals and have switched to a more healthy alternative from beautyblisscosmetics.com. They have a ton of colors so I can avoid the orange colors....and I think it goes on really light. I have actually been able to sleep in it without it causing breakouts.

And then when it came into stores she had some kind of homing device where she could locate the Food Saver within minutes of arriving at whatever store we were shopping in, if they had it. So, we got her one for her 30th birthday a few years ago. She uses it all the time. I've never actually bought anything like that directly from TV though.

My sister in law hiked for 6 months a few years ago (she did the whole AT) and my brother used the food saver to pack a lot of the stuff he sent her
so it would be water tight in her pack til she needed it. He couldn't stop raving about it. He said it was the best investment they ever made. They both like hiking and such and use it all the time for that.

I tried going to the website you mentioned, but it was a "Coming Soon" page. Can you PM me the link? I have been thinking about trying something similar to Bare Minerals.

The Magic Bullet blender... best invention since Post Toasties. I have one in my office. Every morning I bring in soymilk and frozen fruit. Within five seconds, I have a delicious smoothie. The thing works great.

Please explain how it operates:)

Dude you need to watch more tv, the magic bullet infomercial rocks so hard. I seriously stop to watch the whole thing whenever I find it on. Basically it's a mug sized blender and you just press down and it blends.

Why thank You So Much Dudette!

I see an Informercial, I change the channel and get something that is good like History Channel, HGTV and News.

If your life revolves around this, well, Hm, makes one wonder?:(

Did I spell everything to your satisfaction?:rolleyes:

My life doesn't revolve around it-if I'm watching tv, I generally have nothing better to do anyway. And yes, nice job on spelling. It's just an entertaining infomercial unlike the hundreds of others that really suck.

Tom Earp 04-09-2007 06:27 PM

So, there is not anything else to watch?:confused:

It's really a great product. I bought it after reading an article in Reader's Digest which rated the infomercials. The Magic Bullet got great reviews. I've been pleased.

It takes literally less than ten seconds to blend something.. and you have less to wash because the cup you use to blend is the cup you use to drink from.

Here's the website:
http://www.buythebullet.com/

But, I bought it at Kohls. It was less expensive there.

Thank you, I do not have time to check the web site or link.

Can you just give me a breif rundown on how this thingy works?

I am a very busy person and do not have time to check every link unless I deem it Importat!

Its Important spelled right and tight? I never know!:o

You are most helpful as some others are not!:mad:

I completely missed the point of your post which is difficult because it was a response to me. I work 6 days a week and give homeless people wine in exchange for the food they get from good samaritans. Call me an enabler. I like having the homeless on the street as they help me watch my store from burglars.

You're a very special person. Someone taught me this new thing of calling people "followers" and since then I've just been using it non-stop. Nevermind the fact that it doesn't make sense. You must be the leader of this "herd"

To cool or not to cool, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them? To die: to sleep; (to cool)
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heart-ache and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to, 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep;
To sleep: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub;
For in that sleep of death what dreams may come
When we have shuffled off this mortal coil,
Must give us pause: there's the respect
That makes calamity of so long life;
For who would bear the whips and scorns of time,
The oppressor's wrong, the proud man's contumely,
The pangs of despised love, the law's delay,
The insolence of office and the spurns
That patient merit of the unworthy takes,
When he himself might his quietus make
With a bare bodkin? who would fardels bear,
To grunt and sweat under a weary life,
But that the dread of something after death,
The undiscover'd country from whose bourn
No traveller returns, puzzles the will
And makes us rather bear those ills we have
Than fly to others that we know not of?
Thus conscience does make cowards of us all;
And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And enterprises of great pith and moment
With this regard their currents turn awry,
And lose the name of action. - Soft you now!
The fair Ophelia! Nymph, in thy orisons
Be all my sins remember'd.

Also I <3 God... sorry I got distracted.
